唱軍歌、體驗BB槍射擊的趣味，還可拼獎金！ 2012屏東眷村文化節11月3、4日於屏東市青島街將軍之屋前，舉辦一鳴驚人軍歌比賽及BB槍射擊競賽，讓人重溫眷村生活記憶及從軍時的光榮歲月，也呈現屏東縣眷村活化的新風貌。

29日由眷村媽媽們高吭的「壯志凌霄」軍歌表演，為眷村文化節記者會開場，文化處長徐芬春、縣議員林亞蒓、李清聖及屏東教育大學林思伶教授、勝利新村自治會會長呼光冀一同以BB槍對準氣球射擊，開啟「一鳴驚人」布條，預告軍歌暨BB槍射擊賽即將登場。

文化處長徐芬春表示，今年眷村文化節除了依循以往的軍歌比賽，也增加刺激與趣味兼具的BB槍射擊競賽，目的是希望吸引年輕族群參與，從活動中了解眷村文化樣態。除了團體組的軍歌，還有不分年齡皆可報名的軍中情人歌曲比賽。

縣議員林亞蒓、李清聖及屏東教育大學林思伶教授等人肯定屏東縣政府為保存眷村文化歷史，不只是古蹟建物的留存，更重視無形文化資產的保存。

今年軍歌連同BB槍射擊比賽，提供近6萬元的獎金，兩項比賽將分為團體賽-學校組、社會體及個人賽，優勝者並可獲獎金獎勵。

這次軍歌比賽報名前所未有的踴躍，光個人組就高達百人報名，而縣內的日新高工、屏榮高中、內埔高工、華洲高工、美和高中等各高中、職也同來參賽，去年冠軍的日新高工更是勢在必得。

不只是動態的活動，文化處也出版了「將軍之屋．故事」一書，介紹了屏東市眷村勝利新村的歷史發展與日式住宅，並生動地講述曾住在勝利新村孫立人、葛南杉、李法寰、張其中、羅文浩、錢庭玉、陸德耀、湯元普等八位將軍的故事，這些將軍的故事是最眷村珍貴的無形文化資產。此外，書中也經由曾生活在勝利新村的居民講述童年的趣事，讓人了解早年眷村生活的樣貌。

在將軍之屋特展方面，11月3日起辦理軍機模型特展，由兩位收藏家提供國軍和歐美系列軍機模型，值得一看，藉由眷村文化節系列活動讓民眾走進黑瓦老樹的氛圍中，感受不一樣的文化厚度。
