SUPER FLOP stunt by Essel World. First of all please test the app. Then go live. It is extremely poor app. On top of that to promote it Essel World is giving away offers so lakhs of people suffer on the app. Then when we call customer care and ask for 200 value back as a scheme for booking via app, then they have no reply to that. All that they request is pls book via online website. Extremely poor. Brand Image spoilt by Essel World / Water kingdom group.
