West Fowl River Reporter

A citizen crowd sourcing app which allows the user to take a photo of concern, geo locate the photo and add descriptive text to the photo. The data collected by this app is plotted on a public access mapwhich will serve to educate watershed planners on the issues facing the community and the environment.
