I either get a play store error or gear manager install failed popup error. Note Edge KitKat 4.4.4 and Gear S 2.2.1.4

Failed to install with S5 & Gear 2....

Doesn't work. Says it failed to install even though it did install, then all of a sudden, it brings you back to the store showing it hasn't installed.
