1500 ESPN

Love to listen to 1500 but I cannot even bring myself to do it anymore. App frequently stops playing live audio. Issue occurs both on Wi-Fi and cell data as well as multiple devices.

Very poor attempt at an app that could do easily be very nice to have. Live streams and podcasts randomly stop/pause constantly. The podcasts bump you out to a terribly formatted mobile web page that takes each page minutes to load. It's impossible to understand how someone at the company could have tested this before release and felt it was worth releasing. Some obvious performance fixes and UI/UX design would go a long way. Until then, don't bother. Please actually invest in being digital vs. a very weak attempt at it.

The live stream stops at random (Android Samsung Galaxy S7 user). Clearing the cache and/or re-installation doesn't help either. The Hubbards must have hired very, very cheap help to code this one.

I'm not a hater but seriously don't waste your time. Very glitchy app.

The stream cuts out randomly still, so I hope the bugs get fixed. However, I love the morning show of Mackey & Judd

App stops streaming 5 minutes or so after device screen goes to sleep. Not the case with any other steaming apps on my phone.

Stream keeps stopping after 7 minutes. Samsung Galaxy S7.

I have never seen an app go so far backwards... The old app would at least let you see the news stories at a glance. Streaming is terrible, the news stories have been the same for 3 days, navigation is atrocious, and it takes FOREVER to load anything. This isn't even an app it's just a button you push to be brought to a crappy website. All of the shows on 1500 are excellent from 9-6, this is a sad representation of that. Go back the the way it was. At least that one almost worked.

Old version of the app was great. This version is just 4 buttons that link to their poorly formatted mobile website. You can no longer view the on demand shows chronologically. You have to pick a specific show and THEN the date it aired. I liked to pick a date I know I missed or a date with a lot of news and then listen to all of the days shows, this new format makes that impossible.

The live streaming seldom works and more often than not pod casts take days to show up.

The old version allowed you to see the stories! The new version allows you to see nothing! Hell if I'm going to listen to live radio on my phone and waste battery and data. One more week and I'll delete this app if it isn't fixed

Old version had issues but you could use it. Now if you want to listen to on-demand it takes you to the website, which doesn't work, and isn't the point of an app to NOT have to go to a website? Also the listen live just buffers endlessly now.

Downloaded an uninstalled 5 times because it never connected after each install over a period of several days.

With the upgrade, the streaming works great. On occasion, the feed locks up and repeats, but at least now, I can listen to GL, etc. without my computer.

Bad app, going to delete it. Love ESPN radio though!

When I had 1st downloaded this app it worked well. Then 3 weeks ago it stopped working. You click on the start arrow and the loading wheel just spins but the podcast fails to load. If this app was a finished product then someone had better reconsider the business plan.

Like many said before, the new version is really bad

Works maybe 20% of time. When it plays skips back 5 seconds and hear everything again.

Wish they would change it back

The 1500ESPN app is getting better. The content is fresher and the site navigation is better but it still had an issue. This is when you are streaming a show and you lose the connection for a few minutes. The player will lock up so you can not restart the stream. It stays on the play function and will not let you go back to restart it. I need to manually force stop the app in settings, then reopen the app, and restart the stream. Very annoying. Update to this review 9/3. It's still locking up.

Live audio has never been great but now it is does not exist. Since the recent update listening live does not work.

Let me preface my review by saying that I absolutely love the show, and encourage everyone to give it a listen. That being said, good luck listening with this app. At the moment it doesn't work at all, even after factory resetting my phone. Also, even when it is working, there has always been other flaws like occasionally it will cut out every couple minutes. It is also very touchy, if you switch connection from WiFi to 4G data it will stop, if you connect or disconnect a Bluetooth it will stop.

I love being able to hear MN sports when I live somewhere else. However, this app has several issues that bother me. The listen live feature lacks the basic controls in the notification area that most other apps have. The live feed also often stops if I do something else on my phone. Recently, the listen live feature had stopped working altogether. Also, every time you try to go back, it exits the app, and when you go to reopen it, it reloads the home screen and not the page you are on. They could do better

Live stream hasn't worked for weeks. It appears that no one cares.

Used to have to restart the app after interrupting live feed, now live feed doesn't work at all for me.

Ever since the update on 10/22/15, I cannot listen live at all.

This app is worthless at this time. You cannot stream live radio. Time to switch to KFAN!

Loved listening to this app on the bus going to work. Then, the live feed stopped working. What happened?

Listen live doesn't work

Love the app, good writing, relevant topics, but the live radio function hasn't been working for weeks now. Please fix, update the app!

Steam tends to stop playing even though it shows that it should be playing. It requires me to stop and start it up again. Also uses way more data than other streaming radio apps.

Live radio no longer works...fix your app

Can't tune in at all now. Stated having issues on 10/22. Later that day the app cut out & then froze. Now won't connect at all. Freezes like it might connect but never does.

Over the last few dys the live audio is not working.

Live feed still not working on android, hasn't for several weeks now. When will this be fixed?
