I can't get video to play. Called help line and they said download again. Didn't work. Waste of money . Should put instuctions in box.

I got this toy and super fun and I can play with it all day because it it's over and I can shoot fire it over everyone and everyone will be amazed

It would not accept my code it kept saying that it had no wifi connection when the bar was full.WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY?

Ever time I watch a video it frezzes also all it is is black screen don't even download

I put in my freaking code in and it said "oh, well your code is wrong" *UGH*!

App won't accept code that was provided. It keeps giving an error saying no data connection is available. Yet, it will launch a trailer video and connect you to a website to purchase the trick. Samsung Note Edge used.

Say I need WiFi or cell data. Well I'm running full WiFi and 4 out of 5 bars of 4G and still won't let me log on.

I had no problems what so ever downloading the app. The hardest part for me was preparing the string. Other then that, it's relatively easy. Mastering the tricks will take some practice, but what doesn't. It's all about technique and showmanship. I really dig it. .

I haven't tried all of the videos (probably because of the bufferings) but I don't see any actions or demonstrations st all. I just see a black screen while the voice is playing (bufferings enter once again). Please make an high quality guide or is it probably just because of my phone perhaps?

It's not rocket science. I love it. My grandson will think I can do Magic. Just use your imagination.

its a spam i thought it was magic but no it doesn't really float u have to use a string.Return it back NOW!!!!!!!!!!

Every time I go to watch the video it closes on me, I will be unlikely to refer this product to anyone. Until the situation is fixed no good news from me.
