TripLog - Automatic Mileage Log Tracker for Tax

Disappointed that my 'lifetime access' lasted only 2 years. I actually don't even use the app since I find it easier to manage my trips in my calendar appointments which also contain my service call logs. It's probably helpful for businesses with more than 1 contractor who have someone to manage the triplogs since they seem to require a lot of manual intervention to change time of day, correct mileage, personal vs business trip, etc.

Frequently asks to confirm the time when starting a trip, sometimes it has the correct time sometimes not. Most annoying when system time is always correct for the time zone the phone is in. Does the job.

I love this app. It helps me with my tax as I can easily track my mileage.

Its amazing. Lets me see EXACT map of my trips, calculates for me how many miles per gal i use. Love it!!!

Have been using it for 3 years now. Works like a charm, use auto start with Bluetooth.

Highway robbery. I used this app back when you had to pay one time for perpetual use. Now, they made that license invalid and I need to pay 20$ a year (vs. about 30$ one time fees) All I needed was to have the date input, the km trip end, a field for notes, a column for business/personal and maybe Gps of final and initial location when I start/end trip. I don't need to pay 20$ a year for trip tracking. Seriously, just give me a one time fee for a simpler app. This is expensive garbage now.

Word fir worked for for. 3 days and stoped working now they want me to buy it. Yea right id pay more for it if it worked all the time. I drive 100 miles a day as a contractor. I dont buy junk. Will be loking to there compition. But when it worked is was the best. But you loose money when it stops and it refuses to work.

Now it "just works. " Thanks Triplog Just installed latest update. Maybe now it will just work. 10/4/15 Auto start is no longer working. Recent update? Don't know. Just frustrated. Wish it would just work.

It's more detail than I need which makes it cumbersome to use. I wish I could simplify my interface to meet my needs.

Pretty good. I don't like that it stores alot of random addresses, prefer it gave a list of your most frequent or most recent locations. But other than that I like the app and have no major gripes.

This app really deserves 5 stars. However about every 4 months or so it stops auto tracking. I loose as much as a weeks milage without any real alert. Way to easy to stop auto tracking accidentally.

Hiccups now and then. Think you're tracking but at end of trip thinks you are still at start...?

Trip recording and report making app. The bummer is having to pay for all the perks of this app. Also the manual start and stop is a bit tricky. Over all I like this app and have recommended it to friends and family.

I just renewed for a second year. Things you should be aware of.... the app may not start or stop as promised. If You fail to check, you may drive for 5 days and nothing is recorded. Over last few months, I've searched for an app that I didn't need to monitor but judging by the reviews they're all the same. Also, if you have a big problem, there is no one to reach out to. In short, I renewed for the second year because I could not find a better app, not because I am happy with this app.

Even though this app has a lot of features, it is very easy to use. I really like the way it can import data from contacts, and information from Google Maps to help complete a report.

Easy to use once you set it up to suit your needs. Been using for over 2 years, and makes life simple...as long as i remember to record the milage.

Using the free version. It works. But you have to remember to start the tracker before you take off. It did a manual entry after the fact. The free version has no auto detect

I'm using this app last 3 months. I have lot of data in this app. But suddenly removed. Can you help me to recover it as soon as possible....

Great app, works well when it's setup.. just take the extra effort to name your destinations and on the next visit it will name accordingly

Every time I add a new location my odometer resets to 57,000 and I have to manually put in the previous odometer reading from the last location.

Even you accidentally delete the app... As I did... It backs up your data! Love this app!

Easy to use

Best I've used. It's got a few quirks, but with an app that has so many features working across lots of devices that is going to happen. Getting it going with the basic functions is pretty quick and easy. Some of the more advanced functions are a bit more tedious to figure out but they are awesome. I will be getting the module that plugs into the ODBC and sends the odometer readings right into the app soon.

Idk if maybe the recent update will help but I'm really aggrivated with this app. It worked fine until I bought the yearly subscription then about 2 weeks into a month I realized it hadn't been logging my miles. I contacted customer service and they had me turn the sensitivity up and now when I walk from one end of my hotel room to the other it starts tracking my miles. Major bugs need fixing.

I paid for an entire year it's been working for 5 without a problem I've had some phone issues now tells me my trial period is over. Not happy at all. I got quick, fast response on how to solve my problem! Now that deserves 5 stars! Thank you!!

This app is very useful. It is very user friendly and intuitive. I use it everyday for business and personal. It emails me weekly reports so that I keep track of my expenses and commutes to different jobs and projects. I highly recommend it. Great product!

I have used TripLog for nearly a year and I love it. It has many excellent features. I have recommended it to friends and colleagues. The GPS tracking is amazing. I would suggest an update with voice activation.

I like this app, but the fully automated part, where it automatically starts tracking, is a little shady. Sometimes it doesn't start when it should and sometimes it'll track more miles then what I actually drove. However I really love this app and it is has made tracking my mileage for work and medical much easier than having to do it by hand.

Better than the competition. I used this app since the middle of last year. More accurate and easier than the app I used before. Transfer to a spreadsheet and accurate taxes were a breeze.
