Love the company, the clothing- I've ordered 5 dresses and a winter coat, and its all been fabulous. App works as well as the site, and it actually SHOWS the Jackets section as opposed to the desktop version. 9/2016 I now have 7 dresses ans one long coat from them, and the deals are great for me. I use the fully custom option and everything is tailored perfectly. I never have received as many compliments as I do in their clothing. I'm a size 20 chest, but 24 hip- standard sizing any place sucks, so their option to customize is a greatly feature! And I don't have to go in for alterations (which have always been subpar in my experience). 2/2017

I placed an order a few days ago at the end of (but still during) Black Friday during their sale through this app. I was immediately charged the $60+, but the order would not display. I emailed shortly after hoping they would fix it so my order displayed. Instead I got a nice "eff you" through a refund so I could not get the two dresses I was wanting and had paid for. I was doing the test run for this for 23 other women interested in ordering from here - it will NOT be recommended.

I used to love eShakti. They had amazing sales like buy one get one free and I could apply my 20 dollar gift coupon to anything, including clearance items. Shipping and customisation can get expensive so I loved their sales but now they don't allow you to apply coupons to clearance items. I'm a bargain shopper in everything that I buy, so I used to order from them regularly but I haven't shopped with them in about a year. The deals just aren't the same as they used to be.

I like the app, the ease of ordering and would give it five stars if it would not have dropped some of my measurement data and if it was synced better with the inventory on the website. Still good & useful, though!

When I called about my order the customer service woman was incredibly hateful. She had such a bad attitude and immediately started barking over me when I tried to talk. I couldn't get an entire word out of my mouth. She told me that she couldn't do anything with orders and that I would have to talk to the billing department. I asked if she could transfer my call over there and she scoffed a laugh and said "Uh.. no. Billing is overseas. They're sleeping right now." In a very condescending tone. Wow.

It wont completer the check out. I keep putting in my info and selecting pay and its a dead end. What a waste of time!

Love the store, I have three dresses and two more on the way. Great quality. Awful app, constantly crashing. Need to uninstall, then reinstall to get it to work but only for a short time. My internet connection is fine. Fix the crashing issues and then it'll be 5 stars.

I love this store but the app is very bad. The user interface makes no sense--why would I want to enter my measurements via slider? Just let me type in a number. Also, I went through the process to change my shipping address when I was ordering in the app and it looked like it had saved the new one. But when I got my confirmation email it said the order would be shipped to an old address I no longer use. I have contacted customer service about this. 5 stars for the eShakti desktop site and service, 1 star for the broken mobile app. If you do use it to look at items, I strongly suggest placing your actual order on the desktop site.

The 2nd dress I ordered didn't fit just right, so I remeasured myself, they took the first dress back, gave me full credit for it and sent me the custom replacement; I didn't pay an additional dime. The new dress fits perfectly and I love it.

This is the second time I've had to re-install the app after an "unknown error" rendered it unusable. The clothing and service are top notch, but the mobile software is reliably unreliable.

App deleted all my "saved" measurements when I closed it. So annoying as it had taken some time for me to collect each of them and I had made sure to hit the "update" button after each one. Please fix this so I dont have to input them each time I order something.

I just got notified that Eshakti is now shipping to Australia so I was super excited to buy everything on my wishlist only to find that the app doesn't allow me to put my aussie address in. =( When will you fix this?

Love it. Expertly made. Custom detailing at the waist. Love the neckline, length and pockets! Dupioni silk fabric is beautiful. (I wish it were as easy to pick out shoes.)

Great app and even better clothes. I installed it to get the extra 10% off my orders. It's good for browsing but if you want to see all the customisation options for a specific dress you are better off using the main site. Pro tip - if you want to customise, place the order in your cart using the main site and just do the final processing via the app to get the extra discount.

I'm trying to update my profile using the app not desk top and it will not let me enter state and country. Because of that it will not update my profile and I can't make my purchase.

I really love this company, if you enjoy being different, this is the company for you. The material is hand picked and everything is really costume made for you. I can tell you this all I do is shop every chance I get. Try this company and you will be the talk of the nob.

Can't wait to make my first purchase! If it works out, this most definitely is a dream come true..

Love eShakti. Not sure why the app is a necessity but it is neat to have all your measurements stored.

I love how easy it is to navigate the app. I even received a reminder via email when I was interrupted before completing my purchase. Good to know that my custom order was being saved, so I didn't have to re-enter the measurements.

The problem isn't with the app it is with the company. I had to spend over $30 to place an order this meant I could never use a coupon offered to me because it put me under the $30 Basically the force you to spend $100 to receive any deal or order. I just wanted to order a shirt to see the quality of their work to further invest with my future purchases. They would rather lose business than lift the minimum $30 purchase requirement.

I absolutely LOVE eShakti but the app has given me grief. I called and checked on my order because it showed up wrong in the app and LOVED the customer service. I mentioned the app issue and it was fixed in 2 days. It is still cumbersome to order from and hard to find items. So bottom line, eShakti is a definate must if you want good quality, well fitting garments. The app right now is really only worth the hassle because you get 10% off your order. Their website is great! Hope this helps. :)

I can't use the app. I was able to log in, but then said it could not connect to server and to check internet connection. My internet is fine, so not the issue. I emailed customer service, but have not gotten a response back yet.

Android app: Promotional offers take up so much of the screen, i have trouble seeing the product. If i "close " them they pop up again on the next screen. Super annoying.

Every time I open the app, it says it can't connect to the server and I should check my Internet connection. I know my connection is fine, because everything else on my phone works just fine!

I have not ordered yet but I've been waiting for this my whole life
