Keeps asking me for my security question. I enter it and it says invalid. But my online banking works and it's the same security question. This happens all the time. Please fix it
I have to echo fellow reviewers: the app WAS great but broke in mid-October. Now all you can do is get to the security question of the login process and you can't go further, i.e. the app is currently unusable. I will post another review as soon as I notice that that app is updated/fixed.
Keeps getting stuck on the security answer page. Very frustrating, I need to deposit some checks and I can't even login.
The app WAS great, but since the update, it won't open at all. I'm sure you all know this by now. When do you plan on releasing and update the fix it?

This APP is so frustrating! It never works I have to take time to get to a desktop in order to login. PLEASE FIX!!! very inconvenience
Unable to open app since update so cannot deposit checks. It's been weeks now!
The only reason I got the app was for depositing checks, and it keeps throwing an error. Worthless

The app just stopped working. It doesn't proceed beyond the security question screen.
I used to love it... so convenient and easy to use, but now it will not go past the "confirm your identity" page. Please fix and I will fix my review.
It's keep on asking security question, when I enter it, it will ask the same question again and again. ......so frustrating!!!
Ok. Constantly have to reinstall app. Always freezes when you try to open it up.
Since the update it asks for security question. When I answer it, it keeps asking for it and now allowing me to see my account info

Updated the app and now it won't open. Tried calling the number in the error message and visited two local branches and the issue is still unresolved. The uninstall and reinstall didn't work either.
When trying to log onto the app an error mesaage pops up requesting for the user to contact the bank. Please fix this app ASAP!
Ever since a recent update, the app won't open.
For Samsung users who recently had an update, try uninstalling the app then reinstalling it. It worked again for me after I did that
Got the update and kept closing everytime, so I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it and works just fine
The app is not opening at all for my Samsung 6 when I jusy updated my phone and the app itself!!!!!

It won't recognize my username OR I.D #. It accepts it, but EVERY SINGLE SECURITY QUESTION IS WRONG. How can I answer the question if I never even registered it in the first place? The entire online banking system with them is wrong, I've had to make the same account TWICE, and I now have to make it a THIRD TIME, because it won't even give me the right questions on the pc! This is absolutely unacceptable.
I have got the app to work once since new update. I am currently downloading it for the 4th time... Believe me when I say this will be my last attempt at trying to get this app to work. I really wish that I can give this a "no star" rating.

It takes two days to receive money from checks submitted through the app
Loved it but now it just say error and there's no update but the update now button pips up for a second and goes away
Might take my banking elsewhere. No matter what I do I can't seem to get mobile banking to work. I try to log in and (even though it's the first attempt) I'm immediately locked out. On top of that it appears that every time I'm locked out on the app I have to change my password again to log in on my computer.

I dislike this so much! I hope this problem get fix very soon! A new update that actually log us in into our accounts. First of all, when you log in, they will ask you a security question. Then once you answer it, you cannot proceed to go any further, even if you answer it correctly! I will switch the review once the new update is good and the problem are fix.
