Star Chart Cardboard for Android
But would be awesome if we could go to popular messier objects or into our galactic neighborhood to the nearest stars and so forth... Otherwise amazing to soar the solar system...
Good but my location is completely off at one moment orion will be somewhere and then it will be somewhere completely different plus my controller doesn't work with this app also please help
I enjoyed it and hope more features will be added. Like Messier pictures and ISS transits etc...
Not at all accurate
impressed with the vr.
Lol. I either can't get this figured out there is not much to it. Supposed to be like looking through a viewer I guess. Saw nothing 3D. Print was so small I couldn't read it. Don't waste your money.
This app is perfect for mediation, education and entertainment all in one. It works well for the most part (it stutters a bit for me when traveling to a planet) and is worth every penny.
Well done guys. For what is still early and developing technology, this is pretty good and looks beautiful. Looking forward to future updates.
Incredibly awesome
First of all, I don't always want to break out Starry Night just to relax and stare at the stars and various pieces of information about them. I love that this shows their names and asterisms and I love MORE that it shows their status, even if they are on the main sequence. I wish it also had options like disabling asterisms or removing the charming but sometimes frustrating pause before displaying information. It would be great if it included DSOs, but even without I LOVE IT.
Looks like your update fixed the zooming issue I had earlier. Works perfectly! Although I will say that my phone gets very hot using this app. I can only use it for so long before I have to turn it off.
Traveling the cosmos in Star Chart VR is an absolute blast; slick and intuitive UI coupled with some very impressive textures and 3D effects make this one of the most impressive VR applications I've used to date.
I couldn't believe my 3 years old Nexus can run this at full speed, the sense of presence in the universe is unbelievable
Excellent start. Impressive graphics. Would love to be able to view deep sky objects e.g. nebulae, galaxies and cluster etc around constellations. Keep it up!
Overall very fun and I worth the money. The controls for how far away one is from a planet could use some polish.

Very basic, stars are just a flat spherical canvas, the only three dimensional element is earth floating around the middle, needs much more depth for a VR experience.
My god, it’s full of stars! ;)

Better than what hololens could compare for $1k but the GUI for the vr display should just be simple side by side screens honest criticism. Its better to experience vr with noise isolating headphones to get a real experience. Regardless vr is better and more affordable than hololens period. If you're a space freak like me this app is awesome to dodge expensive vr.
