Somehow even worse than before....

Too many registrations and didn't work

No map ever showed up.

this app is more for drivers not customers, works great for me at doorstep delivery

I use a tablet in car for my delivery navigation. Forced now to use a small screen cell phone with this app. My company wants to convert to this app-It may look good on their plugged in desktops but it's not driver friendly. It's very slow, eats batteries like candy and doesn't follow in real time. I even bought a mobile wifi to try to improve performance to no avail. It remains slow, often unresponsive and a major battery drainer. With so many good delivery apps out there, I'd "pass" on this one.

Haven't receive the account confirmation email. How am I supposed to track my delivery?

Didn't tell me anything until the driver was right around the corner

Says I have no orders until 20-30 min after I order. Then I get a driver name but no map. I get a map, but only once the driver is 30 seconds away, coming from about 10-15 minutes away. Says my order isn't even ready until then. Pretty useless. Have tried 3 times now, would be great if it worked as advertised. Using an S6 edge+ so phone performance isn't an issue. I'll give it a couple more tries before deleting in case there's some server problem that's about to be fixed etc.

Terrible drain on battery. On a day when I did not use the app, my phones battery usage report said that this app used 24% of my total battery. My company requires that I use it, so I download it for the day, then uninstall it at night. It always tracks you, even if the app isn't open. Would consider giving it a higher rating if it worked in such a way that I didn't feel like big brother was watching when I wasn't working and it didn't drain the battery so much.

Definately not customer oriented. Maybe it's an app for drivers. If that's the case, they really shouldn't be advertising their app to customers via notifications. Notification instructions were confusing as a customer (not sure what that yahoo link was about) and felt more like spam than a professional alert. When the map wasn't working I tried to explore the app, but found it very unfriendly, not UX driven at all and when I visited the site I found a lot of verbal for corporate, nothing customer facing.

I have to use this app for my job, and the app consistently drains 35-40% of my battery after a full charge, this means I'm able to spend less time in the field.

Tried it when I got a txt from delivery driver with a link to it and the food just showed up yet the app says it's almost ready. Pretty pathetic.

First order was a disaster..delete!

It gives me the option to call my driver but not text...Also, I'd like if it updated more often or more accurately. It'll tell me when driver leaves restaurant but then a second later, according to map, they are in my driveway.

The time was wrong and never changed. Advised my food was delivered and it was not. Now my order is disappeared and I have no tracking info.

Couldn't ever even login!

It worked the first time I downloaded it and thought it was cool to have since the drivers always have a hard time finding my house. Every order after the first one it has never showed my driver. It shows I have no orders placed.
