SmarterEnergy for Android
Worst app I have ever had the misfortune of using to be honest, would not give me a reading for the first year, now apparently my home uses €40 every night, within 5 minutes..
Can't login, using the same password as to login to my online account. Password field remains red circled.
Can't login anymore I try over and over no go please try fix this app or a update it
Amp not working any more unable to open the amp. Tried to download again and was informed that my mrn number is associated with any other amp download
Could do with more than three smart plugs... (the more the better). 5smart plugs and it'd deserve 5stars!...
Worked before, but now I can't login anymore, the password text field always red no matter what I enter :( Reinstallation didn't help... Please fix this.
CAN'T SET UP. DOES NOT RECOGNIZE MY GATEWAY SERIAL NUMBER.
In general the app is pretty good but I'd like widget's for the smart plugs.
It's a good app, but basic functionality like implementing "back" is required. Also, it often feels sluggish and laggy. The layout of the smart plugs is clunky too, allow us to switch them all on/off from the same screen! Overall, with a few small tweaks the app could be great.
Can't login, using the same password as to login to my online account. Password field remains red circled.
What do I use this with, pay as you go ?

Update Jan 2018. Now a 1 star review. My solar system was offline for 2 months and I had no way of knowing until my bill came in. Turns out a switch had tripped. Not once did the app say "hey by the way, there's no solar power" because it happened in November/December I had assumed extra power consumption was due to the poor weather and lack of sunlight. A few things. 1. I like the real time data, but it would also be nice to see trends over time. 2. It would be great to see how much power is being generated not just what is being used. Again, over time not just real time. 3. As soon as the free trial runs out I will be uninstalling the app. It will cost more than it will help me save, it doesn't work with my current home automation products and there's plenty of free solutions which will allow me to control a couple of sockets (which I really don't need). If this were free it would be a great selling point for Electric Ireland and a real differentiator. But as a paid app, it costs more and does less than many free solutions. I think taking this back to the drawing board and focusing on what will help the customer rather than putting in a bunch of half baked ideas and charging for it will make this a much better app. But again, it must be free to use. Otherwise, nope.
