About Field Service Management
“Field Service Management” is a mobile app aimed to allow you to manage the work flow related to technical assistances, business trips to your customers, etc…
The app is completely translated into 6 languages (Italian, English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese).
The app features a company and customers database, fully integrated with your mobile device (e.g phone calling, emailing).
You can manage several technicians, set services and travel expenses (cost per mile, call-out fee, miles range, etc), manage materials and vehicles.
You can manage multiple VAT rates, have discounts on materials and services, set your terms of supply and consult the history of your tasks.
Task reports (in PDF format) are automatically generated and can be sent via e-mail.

*** The free version of the app, albeit being full-featured, has a maximum limit of 3 customers and just 1 technician.
* Full version
*** Upgrading to the full version of the app deletes the limit on the number of technicians and customers (unlimited) and makes it possible to assign your service requests to technicians or teams, setting travel expenses, etc; the complete connection with Dropbox allows you to perform any kind of import/export operation and backup your data.
