It won't let me read anything unless I download the bible, but it won't let me download the bible. Kind of useless unfortunately. Is really hoping this was going to work. :(

The text to voice feature is really bad. Words mispronounced and when read to me is next to impossible to follow. The words run together and are read without the correct emphasis / without sincerity / with no meaning.

I would love to see with it a personal devotional diary where i can write things day by day, insert a specific verse of the Bible, a link, a commentary, images... Would surely pay more for this kind of addon. God bless you.

You fixed the redundant passage selection and you included a split screen. Very well done. This is now my goto bible app. Only thing left is to give me an option to turn off verse selection, and make selecting verses long press BC it gets annoying highlighting verses by accident.

After spending months searching for a Bible app featuring the 1984 edition of the NIV translation (the version I grew up learning, which has been deprecated by Biblica and retracted from bookstores and online reading sites alike), I finally gave LiveBible a try. I'm so pleased to find that with the Pro version, I can download the '84 edition in its entirety for offline reading. Thank you! I do wish that the daily verse widget could be downsized to 4x1 (with a less obtrusive app icon embedded), and that the widget background color could either be selectable, or else a more neutral color. 1 star withheld, but overall, a great app.

Doesn't give an updated daily verse anymore. Always begin my day with it. Galaxy S7 for Sprint.
