Siparişimi nasıl iade edebilirim?

Siparişiniz kargo görevlisi tarafından adresinize ulaştırıldığında, ürünü teslim almadan önce mutlaka dış pakette hasar kontrolü yapın ve herhangi bir hasar gördüğünüz anda "Durum Tespit Tutanağı” hazırlatın.


Sipariş tesliminden sonra fark ettiğiniz bir hasar durumunda, ilgili kargo şubesiyle hemen iletişim kurmanız ve "Durum Tespit Tutanağı” hazırlamalarını istemeniz gerekir. Eğer kargo şubesi size bu konuda yardımcı olmuyorsa, lütfen en kısa sürede bizi bilgilendirin.

Hasar Tespit Tutanağı’yla birlikte hasarlı ürünü Pembe Çanta gönderdiğinizde ürün değişim ya da iade işlemleriniz hızla tamamlanır ve size bu konuda bilgi verilir.

Sitemizden yapacağınız peşin alışverişlerde tüm bankaların kredi kartlarını kullanabilirsiniz. Ayrıca havale ve kapıda ödeme nakit/kredi kartı seçenekleriyle de ödeme yapabilirsiniz. Siparişleriniz 5 iş günü içerisinde UPS Kargoya teslim edilir.
