Equinox lost my $2400/year because they refused to develop an app for Android that allows members to reserve classes the same way the iPhone app does. Accordingly, I was often shut out of classes due to iphone users reserving all spots online via their app. This app still, one year later, apparently lacks that functionality for android, so I will not be coming back anytime soon.

Where is the class schedule and check-in bar that my iphone app had? For the amount of money we pay why didn't equinox make a android app? Why would we want an app about intense, muscley people at symposiums? Equinox has limited spots in classes so you gotta be quick signing up online but there's no app for my new phone. Like most people, I have a gym in my building. I only go to Equinox for the classes. If I can't book a spot on my new phone then I'm thinking about pulling my membership.

Equinox needs to develop an app for Android. Apparently they think Apple still makes a halfway decent phone. If I start seeing Equinox Members wear Airpods, I'm quitting the gym. What kind of budget operation is Equinox running?!?! CLEAN IT UP!!

It forces the user to use in the landscape view mode. And it's a web app. It has no barcode, no login place, no functions I want.

Can you please add the times and schedules of the classes?!! There is currently no point for this app.

This app serves absolutely no purpose for me. What I want is an app where i can look up hours, schedules, and if necessary, reserve spots in a class. All this other stuff I don't even care about..... on a side note, the photographs/campaign presented on the app indicate that Equinox members may be overly serious about their workouts. It's really kind of disconcerting when you open the app and every single person looks not just intense, but intensely angry. Yikes.
