There still should be more functionality with this app, I should be able to submit trouble tickets along with expedited smart hands request. What's cure entry available is great, but the entire portal should nearly be available to this app while making use of notification features in mobile phones.
Two big missing items for me are, no cross connect function, and no de-install function. Other missing tools are user management and install base.
Numbering is off when orders have ten or more items, instead of going in numerical order, the items with ones will be brought to the top ahead of 2, 3, 4 and so on. I'd still like to remain signed into this app indefinitely. There should just be a security advisement over the phone to ensure there's a locking mechanism on the device. If I remained signed into the app, I'd like to receive notifications for my orders and packages pending delivery to my cages. Other than that, the app works well.
It blows up when logging in.
You can open/review "site visit" and "smart hands" requests. You can also see shipments that have come in. Thats it. Needs the ability to enter /review every service request. You can't even schedule the the conference room or check its availability using the app, instead you have to use the mobile website which is a pain on a phone. Please update to include the remaining portal features; the app is far more usable on a phone than the website, so please expand it to include the other functions ASAP.
This app shows no information whatsoever. I'm able to log in, but it doesn't list my requests or even show the install base. I can't fathom what the point is.

Biggest problem, which they have had from day 1 of application launch: you can't see what your typing, as the active entry field does not stay on top. The keyboard covers all entry fields, either once enough text is entered, or if it's a field at the bottom of a page, such as inbound shipments, bottom two fields. This issue affects all text entry fields in the app. Other then that, it works well and all other features are convenient, except when your typing long notes, then your typing blind as you can't see through your keyboard :-)
