Generali Real Estate S.p.A. – Società di Gestione del Risparmio (GRE SGR) is the company that manages all activities related to the real estate business of the Generali Group in Italy.
Set up in 2006 as Generali Investments Italy S.p.A., in July 2015 it changed its name to Generali Real Estate SpA - Asset Management Company (GRE SGR) and, due to a transfer of going concern by Generali Real Estate SpA, it acquired the Italy Real Estate Services. GRE SGR is one of the main Italian real estate asset managers, with approximately € 10 bln of real estate AuM and a management team with a significant track record and a long experience in the industry.

The company is fully owned by Generali Real Estate S.p.A., which holds the 100% of the shareholders’ equity.
