POST - CCP Mobile

An updated version did not work anymore. Wanted to reload my credit card in holidays, did not work. Had to reinstall but without my Luxtrust this was not possible during my holydays, as i leave my certificates at home. Strangly the rest of the app worked. Helpdesk not really helped me.

This application is blocked for security reasons. WTF

Works when using App "Hide my Root" or disble Super User Mode in SuperSU

The app worked well for a long time. I don't know what happened, but now it won't even open anymore! I uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times already, but the problem remains. Can't use it anymore!

Can't be used on a rooted or even an un-rooted device! Why? Other bank-apps works without a hitch! Forget it, will take my business to somebody else...

Crashes immediately

[Pros]: It works and it does what I expect it to do. ---- [Cons]: [1] the app is really REALLY sluggish. Most buttons react only after 1 second clicking on them. [2] The interface is not native (which may explain the sluggishness). [3] Buttons are not on locations where you would expect them for a normal Android application. This may be nitpicky, but as someone who studied UI and UX, this bugs the hell out of me as it breaks consistency. Consistency is instrumental for a smooth user experience.

Used the app on my Galaxy S5. Despite the odd Look and the fact that i never managed to log out, at least it worked. Changed to a Galaxy S7 last week. Now i have a "device locked out for security reasons. Contact your bank" message ??? So what ?? I uninstalled the app, its useless.

Why is a custom ROM not good enough???

Does what it's supposed to do. But not particularly well. Custom dialog for pin entry instead of default android keyboard, back button does not behave as expected, wire transfers are only possible to previously saved accounts. Speed is also rather on the slow side.

This is really a disadvantages because I am a developer and love rooting my device and I am on a custom ROM (CyanogenMod)... Please give us a security warning but let us use the app...

Doesn't work on custom roms

Ridiculous .... This app cannot be used on every firmware, even if the phone is un-rooted. I'm using an unrooted OnePlus One with stock cyanogenmod 11s. The app cannot be launched. Excellent job @post ... wake up it's 2014.

Does not work on original Google approved firmware CM11S on my OnePlus One. Error message that phone has a problem. IT department from post does not help, they do not even try to find a solution. Other bank apps, ING for example, work without problems. Really not even trying to hear or satisfy clients. Big big minus.

Unable to open app - "your application is blocked for security reasons"

needs regular updates on android compatibility. works good with 4.4. love this app makes banking fast and mobile.

Do not download if you're on a custom Rom or CM11 like myself. Seriously, quite sad for such a big firm...

Does not work under lollipop

Are there even people out there who use a non-customized version of Android? (even with Superuser and/or root access disabled, this app won't work on my Nexus 5) PS: All other bank apps (ING, BCEE, BIL, KTB) work without any problems.

Turn off super user and it works. Cannot pay to new beneficiaries, but otherwise ok. Some banks don't demand pin to see balance, beyond initial install. Would be great to have such easy balance view.

Funktioneiert leider net wann d'Gerät gerooted ass, mecht Sënn trotzdem weilt ech gaer selwer entscheeden op ech dei App dan notzen well oder net.

D'app leeft bei mir just wann ech an engem wifi-netzwierk sin. Dann kann ech och alles vum laptop oder computer maachen, as also momentan komplett notzlos, dofir och just 1 stär.

On Note 3 using CM11 ... If the condition to use your mobile banking app is an unrooted stock phone, I rather stop using your bank, other banks in the place have no issues, running Raiffeisen App without a glitch ! Review your priorities !
