Epson Print Enabler

I have not yet been able to print stuff offline with this since I bought the printer in November. The store said it is weird and I should bring the printer in for it may be the printer. TOO LET YOU ALL KNOW. I bought a new 7.0 phone and did not put none of my Epson apps in it so now I can print everything off my phone that I want with no problem with no help of this.

Used to work fine. Now all I get is an error message. "Failed to change settings. Try again". When this happens it freezes the screen and I need to reboot my Samsung Tab S. Which is a real pain. Have uninstalled the app program and reinstalled. Still the same frustrating result. Please fix, or is there an alternative program I can use to suit my Epson 4530 printer

I never used to have a problem at all with this and then one day it stopped working. I uninstalled it then reinstalled it, it worked a few times then stopped again. I checked the printer, mobile phone ( which I'm having the same issues with ) and the printer seemed fine. So why is it not working? Sometimes it will but mostly not. It will save something but not have the print come up. Are there any suggestions please?

Epson is horrible with androids. Tried for days to make this work with my Galaxy tablet but it fails to print. Enabler is poorly designed. It gives you options to change color and double/single sided printing but does NOT let you select the page range for printing. I want to print a single page from a 55 page Web pdf. How is this not an option? Cannot get Epson iprint app to work from web either when I followed the Epson YouTube instructions to share site with Epson iprint, it only let's me print the first page. Worthless apps for android. However, the Epson iprint app works great with ipads.

What a complete and utter failure Epson. Print jobs fail every time and you can't select which cassette you need to print from anyway, even if it did work! Start again Epson using new developers and ensuring the printer capabilities can be used.

Everyone complaining is not using this correctly. This app enables you to add your printer to the built in Android print service using the printers IP address. If you don't know how to do this then don't give it a bad review. I set mine up in 2 minutes. Google it if need be.

I recently started getting the "Failed to change the settings. Try again error". After doing some research, I found out that the error seems to be actually cause by a Android WebView update. When I disabled Android WebView, I am able to print again without getting any errors.

Useless RUBBISH! App. DOES find my printer, but WON'T print to it...just keeps "Failing"... And not only that, why does it not show an Icon on my screen, or even appear listed in my Installed Apps!!?? Uninstalling right now!

Fails to recognize printer settings, as such crashes from email. As all reviews comment, it just fails to work. Its purpise on samsung android is to work with samsing print services as an add on.

This isn't so much an app than it is a program that your android device uses to send a print job to your Epson printer. A lot of the negative reviewers don't realise this is what it's for.

I don't know what happened, but when I press the print button, my phone seizes up and I get a "failed to change settings" message. I'M NOT TRYING TO CHANGE SETTINGS! I JUST WANT TO PRINT!

Everyone that is complaining that it doesn't work. Well this is just an "enabler". Yes it use to work for me just by itself but no longer does. As Android is updated, phone manufacturers updates, etc., things change. Including your settings from your internet provider. So if you want an app that will work with your wireless Epson printer, I recommend deleting this app and adding "Epson iprint". Just do a search on the Google Play store search bar for Epson printers. It will come up as one of the options and has a picture of a printer on the app and not just the word Epson. There is a big difference between an enabler (which this is) versus an actual app, which is the "Epson iprint". I hope this helps someone.

Haven't had the app work. Can't print from tablet. This is my last Epson printer. Mechanically printer is adequate. Software is terrible. Seems like it is an after thought. Lousy implementation. See Brother software for design ideas.

Does not work at all on my oneplus one... It seems like I doesn't work for a lot of people but Epson won't fix it... Lame... At least Epson iPrint works... Although less convenient than just being able to print direct... With Epson iPrint i have to save each document I want to print off the internet first and then open it with iPrint.

Android ver. 4.4.2, Acer Iconia Tablet A1-810, EPSON WORKFORCE WF-2660. Recognises printer but all print jobs fail. Epson iPrint app works fine, and Google Cloud Print, but this is a waste of space. Tried std pdf through google drive and google pdf. Printer initiates then cancels the job. Uninstalled.

It does not seem to work at all. I downloaded the app, turned it on along with the printer, sat down right next to the printer, and it can't find it.

After downloading the app, I was able to print 1 pic. Now when I try to print the pic comes up but the little tab to print is no longer available. I've restarted my device and still get nothing when I try to print pics. The app does not even have a shortcut on the screen like other downloaded apps.

Epson printer (my printer for sure) has been absolute junk it has not worked one time correctly. Where I just plug it in turn it on and expect it to work. Not even just to make a copy. let alone scan something retrieve a mobile just a piece of junk from the get go

Worked for 2 days then quit....I keep getting failed to change to settings. Not a good app. Do not waste your time installing it...not worth it.

This printer app works great. I still need to figure out how to print a shipping label out of Ebay the right size that My desk top computer makes it. That really is my only complaint. I am using an Epson xp430 printer. If anyone had that problem let me know.

Very frustrated with this app. I keep getting "failed to correct settings. Please try again" please fix app. Or make it like before when it worked great.

Primary complaint, after I supposedly installed it, it doesn't show up in my apps. No visible user interface, no way to connect to printer. No thanks. Up to date Android N, Nexus 5x.

If you can get anything to print on a Samsung Galaxy A Tablet, your a better man than me. It just does not work. Terrible

However, when I try to print something larger than letter size, it will display properly on the phone screen showing that it is going to shrink to fit. When it prints, it just centers the output with the left and right edges truncated. Otherwise, works great.

Works good the only thing when it says "fail to change settings" I notice is because my phone is connected the wifi 5ghz instead of 2.4ghz which is the one where the printer is connected. Make sure that your device ( laptop,phone or tablet) is connected to the same wifi that your printer is using!

Error message every time I use it then it freezes. Big thumbs down

This is unusable at the moment with my L355. It isn't the printer that's the issue, either, as it prints just fine from a computer through Chrome.

I can now print from my email program but cannot change from colour to black and white or change orientation as I get the error "sorry that did not work, try again" I have a XP215 and a Samsung tab S. it still does not work with my Samsung tab 4 with android 6.1.

In this update i hoped that you have fixed the mobile and tablet printing. I have a Samsung s6 edge and Samsung Galaxy tab s2 and there is NO print option anymore. Please fix ASAP

Used to use this app all the time worked fine didn't need it for a while now I'm trying to get back to using it and it just won't work what happened back it up please

Disable android webview and restore to factory default version it works. But once u upgrade to the latest Android Webview from the Playstore the plugin failed to work.

Can u guys please add high quality printing? I only saw standard quality, but on my PC I could see draft/quick standard high and custom quality. Please add more print quality. Edit: nice how about adding like a custom quality?

Stopped working several weeks ago after months of flawless performance. I see many bad reviews from users facing similar connectivity problems -- URGE EPSON TO REPLY DIRECTLY WITH TROUBLESHOOT SOLUTIONS!!!!!

After update on 24th November 2016 I was hoping this would be fixed. NO...IT'S STILL BROCKEN. No double sided option..no colour option and mostly crashes before it actually prints. Please support find a fix. Samsung s6 edge plus and samsung tab 10.5. Android 6.0.1.

Worked Great on our note 5's now it will not print Gmail emails or attachments. Now get Failed to change settings. Try Again.

Worked fine would have give 5 stars before but now doesnt work freezes my phone unistalled it loads of times makes no difference

Use to work great. ..... now it will not PLEASE FIX WHATEVER YOU MESSED UP! !!!!!! I DONT WANT TO MESS WITH THE CLOUD. .. I dont want to upload to the cloud so i can print from anywhere! !!! Just want it to work like it use to! !!!!!

Since an update, In Gmail if I deselect a page that I do not want printing then it will give me an error message and not print. In chrome the print preview does not display the pages to be printed, but even if I deselect one of them it will just print all the pages. Please fix this

after the update stop working on my Samsung tablet and Galaxy 6 Edge mobile please fix ASAP. Still not working on my Samsung Galaxy 6 or tablet. Fix this problem now please.
