There is no use or purpose for me, no specials/discounts listed, not sure why I need a app to tell me about special when emails for just fine. I'm simply gal with a jaguar but buying another one my garage ..n/a tools...yeah right wasted download

Can't scan the vin. As soon as I select the option to scan the vin, the app crashes. After manually entering the vin you still have to select make, model, and year of vehicle. Moreover, model year 2017 is not available as a choice. Although there's a Service History menu, nothing comes up when you select it, even though you've entered your vin and local dealer information. This app is completely useless.

Very clunky app. Hard to navigate, the pull down menu wasn't working at first. Lots of areas tell you to add/edit something in a different part of the app instead of just taking you there. Lots of wasted opportunities and poorly thought out. The main reason I downloaded was to easily schedule service. After bouncing around the app trying to find where to add a "preferred dealer", I find out that this Jaguar dealer (one of the largest in the nation) doesn't even support this POS app. Spend over a $100k on a car and the licensed app doesn't even work.

Can register. Hit submit and it just spins in place. Can't even close the app to start over. Might be a good idea to have a working App before you send out invitations to install.

The description led me to believe I could reference my service records. It shows none. Why on earth would I want this just to show me new car prices?

Have a Nexus 6P running Android 7. Can't even get the app to let me register. It just sits there with a red spinning circle over a picture of the back of an F Type coupe. Did Lucas Electrical write this app??

Waste of time and effort. Scheduling a service only takes you to the dealership's website. Totally useless.
