Almost finished a card when it crashes try to start again then it will crash again

Constantly crashes whilst trying to fill out cards. Drives me crazy.

I can't find cable tray and most of other items. In tutorial video which is for iPhone it has more options. Please fix it .

For the last few months this app has been glitching, crashing and just not saving the items you select. Such a waste of time! This used to be so handy to keep track of work throughout the week

Haven't been able to do a few months worth because it won't show anything, doesn't matter if I refresh with wifi/or mobile cellular. Doesn't show anything. You should have the option for paper forms still/or just scrap this completely. Just a burden.

Had to redo 22 weeks because it crashed and i lost all my cards

I just want to be able to fill out my logbook on the way home from work, rather than have to go home, open my laptop and waste my time carrying over information i have on my phone and re-entering it all, often on the weekends when i could be using my time to study for the next exam. The amount of times i have almost completed an entry and then the app crashes is ridiculous. Such a joke.

Have tried logging off and on, uninstalling, reinstalling etc, a waste of memory from my phone

Error regarding an internal issue. Unable to submit let along fill out cards. Requires a fix

Doesn't load new weeks and currently cannot choose material in work area as well as choosing to select plan, carry out and complete work instead of one of them

This horseshit app will make you want to tear your hair out when it constantly crashes and clears your report every time. Such a massive inconvenience and a pointless obstacle for every apprentice.

What a load of crap, first they make this hole profiling thing up to keep themselves in a job and then make it inaccessible to all. They lost 18months of my cards I personally handed over the counter and the app hasn't worked for ages.

Crashes every other day. Have to uninstall it to get updates. Deserves negative stars

Constantly crashes and dosent save! So over having to redo cards 8 or 9 times hoping to submitt before it crashes

Lost 4 weeks of cards after 2 weeks of "server unavailable" Tried logging out and reinstalling. Now getting "some internal error"

Probably just aware, if you've installed this pile of useless garbage, then it's in your best interests to uninstall and do a viral scan

All ways glitches fix it you apprentices don't want to do it anyway don't make our lives harder

Using this app is the equivalent of cutting off your arm and using the website version.

Wins the award for "Android app with the most glitches and time wasting crashes and errors". I understand why so many apprentices fall behind on their profiling now.. Because it's almost impossible to submit cards with this app

Worked fine, now it gets hung up on my work areas when I'm doing network cable installation. You'd think they could spare some money to invest in some proper people to develop this app seeing as we're a technology based era. This is a generation of upcoming tradesman I'm sure whoever's at the top can take a cut from there bonus this year to fix this hunk of crap.

Doesn't work most of the time and always crashes... now it wont let me log my week of work FFS.

I am receiving emails reminding me to complete the cards but they wont load on the app.

Still no return key function. Physically impossible to format text. Worse than useless. This app is a trojan horse. DO NOT USE.

Uninstalled app. Life is so much better.

Considering i couldnt even log in with the old app its definitely an improvement. Thats form an employers point of view though not sure how it is for apprentices

This app makes profiling heaps easier than the website was for doing it on a mobile, but it has flaws like when my profiling gets approved it still shows up as pending approval and randomly crashes when I'm using it. Samsung galaxy S5

Massive visual improvement over the last app.. but still hopeless on samsung galaxy s4. If i try to unselect anything i have ticked the app freezes and 'stops working'. also have the same issue at random times using the app. Also needs function to view reports.
