The weirdest thing ever...after downloading the app to my phone and creating a shortcut on the homescreen for the app, it appeared the app wasn't installed on my phone.

Server is ALWAYS busy.

I have ordered a product there is no tracking details no proper customer support no details like where the prodct is please don't buy any product from this site its a fraud...

When i try to login on this app, it always says server busy try later, customer service and delivery commitment is pathetic, do not have email id for customer complaints

Runs in background. U can see it in recent apps. "Survival service" & "push service". These two services always runs on background.

I am unable to track my order and also I am not getting any update on the shipping in the app. There is no system to track order as it says "sorry tracking info has not been updated yet" I ordered on 4th April and its been almost 15 days but haven't got any update on my order.

The polices are irrelevent and late processing , no proper cimmunication , no faq properly, and not related, coustemercare no's not working sending damage oroducts.. dont use dx... worst service

It's been over two month and I haven't received my order, and this app does not make it easy to communicate with suppliers, I'm not even sure on how to contact them for my order. #pissed

Broken product received i paid for expedite shipping still its late and no charger and accessories in box sealed opened. Please refund my amount as product is dead on arrival.

This app doesnt let you track your orders when you checkout as guest and then it doent give any order on time

When i sign in with my account in a device and put things on the cart or wish list it just show there in this same device not if i sign in in a different device, when i log in on a different device it says nothing on my cart or wish list, please fix this issue its suppost to take and load my stuffs on all what ever device i log in in !
