Our Building Maintenance Service provides directly employed multi-skilled operatives and specialists along with reliable sub-contractors to enable us to carry out reactive repairs and reactive maintenance for clients such as estate and letting agents, landlords and facilities management companies.

In our experience when customers wish to have a project carried out they prefer to deal with just one company who is totally responsible for the whole job and only having to deal with one co-ordinator.
