Absolutely essential to my daily practice of medicine. Been using it since 2004 and it is invaluable. My right hand. I access the program dozens of times each day - it has info that helps me with almost every single patient visit. Can't say enough good things about it!

As a (now) retired RN I use this app often to answer questions about my own medications and for those med queries by my family and friends. Always accurate, up to date information! I absolutely love this app! I've been using it for years and it only keeps getting better!

Use often in Internal medicine. Have plus version only thing last update introduced bug, now closes when hit back button from specific drug screen, rather than back to drug search. Otherwise great for busy practice, premium version prob not worth the price, ID module substandard

For a while now, when the app opens it keeps saying there's a connection problem even when every other internet app is working fine. It simply refuses to download the clinical references. I feel this bug needs fixing.

App is broken. Stuck on Downloading Clinical Contents. Used to be a good app. Uninstalling and using only MPR now.

Perfect app

The free version that requires 10 to 15 minutes of registration time sucks ass. Maybe if you spend $179 for the premium subscription this app could be good? Save yourself the hassle of a clunky interface and just download micromedex and pay $3 a year for the subscription. If you're just wanting a good drug reference this is not it. I even went to APK files to see if previous versions were better. They were not.

I have been using this since I had my Palm Pilot in medical school. Still my go-to drug reference a decade after finishing residency.

The reason I started using it and actually trusting it was after I asked my pharmacist about drug interactions and he pulled out his smartphone and pulled up Epocrates.

I like the old format. I could choose a body system for the medication or type in drug name. You took away my choice of picking a body system. In your old format, once choosing a medication, I gad ALL the information I needed, adult and ped. dose, adverse reactions, drug incompatibility and pharmaceutical information. It now takes several steps. You took a wonderful resource and made it a painful process.

I have been using this app since 2002 on a Palm Pilot before smartphones. Now on my Android it still delivers all the info I need for any drug. I am a retired corrections nurse and love this free app.

I used to love the app, but now it frequently fails to work when offline. I do not get signal inside where I work, so that renders the app useless. It does work sometimes, but not always. Fix it, and would say it is once again a 5 start app.

I have used this app for years. After the most recent update I click on a med and it brings up a blank screen. Absolutely useless.

Latest Update Sucks! Drug search brings up a blank screen. So I have to reinstall it Over and over again.

The app stopped working all together. Every time I click it, it says "this app has stopped working" please get that fixed
