Do you people that are having problems realize that you have to have a subscription to a cable TV company or subscribe directly to watch movies?

I've downloaded it twice now and it won't let me play the film. It plays the trailers just fine but the actual title doesn't play. One wonders what the point is. I'm on LG G3.

Charter tells nothing but lies!! It's time to find another provider! It's hard to know where to start with all the lies they are telling. They tell lies about what internet speed you're getting! Don't trust them! Epix not working is another slap in the face by this terrible company!

App is great and they have a lot of great titles. I've only ever had one issue, downloading to my sd card. As soon as I hear back and get it resolved, I'll be happy to add a 5th star.

Galaxy s7 phone. App won't play movies after update. Loads for half a second, but then returns to selected movie screen. Logged into valid DISH account so it's not that.

I have a galaxy s7 edge phone and this app will not work on it. I have sent a notice to them that it will not work, but have yet to get a response.

It's like Taylor Swift designed the app. After the Epix splash page, it moves to a blank black page with the Epix header. There's a pull-out side menu in the upper left corner, which reveals a blank black side menu. Maybe it's a Marshmallow issue, maybe it's a Samsung S6 Edge+ issue. Whatever it is, it's an issue. I'll revisit this review if it gets fixed. Mmm...marshmallows...

The search isn't any good. I noticed that one of The Hunger Games movies was on here. So I search it to see which other ones were on there. And nothing popped up..

When you open it it's just a blank pop-up menu you click on the right another blank pop up menu. it says EPIX at the top and that's it. My cable provider sent me to this app because they could not offer me the same service. EPIX is broken on their end as well.

I downloaded and installed the app, opened it and it loaded fine, went to a movie I wanted to watch and it wouldn't play the movie. It would start like it was going to play but then it just stopped. Really sucks if you want to watch the movie. Hope you can get it right eventually. As of now it's just junk cluttering my homepage. By the way it didn't work on the website either.

App worked find for a bit, but lately I cannot get the app to start any movies. It tries to start a movie, then takes you back to the movie selection. I've read other reviews with the same issue. Tried reinstalling the app, but it doesn't solve the problem. Yes, I am a subscriber to Epix, so that's not the issue. Looks like the app hasn't been updated since October 2016. Did you guys lay off your developers???? Is there a timeline to fix this?

There are no pictures depicting the movies while browsing!!!...you have to tap on a blank square then it shows you whats in that square.....wth!!!!!???? .I c someone alrdy complained about this same issue last month,and still nothing has been done to rectify it!!....contact cx support you say,u mean to tell me they STILL dnt knw there's a problem...if they didn't fix it for the other ppl who complained,I doubt they'll fix it nw.....waste of time until they fix this problem

The service should not rely on cable providers for customers to obtain their movies or TV shows. They would do better if they were like Hulu or HBO where you can subscribe for their service.
