I waited so long for this to come through, and this stupid app is the only thing stopping me. It won't even let me sign up, when I press the "signup" button after entering my details, it does absolutely nothing. So yeah, thanks for absolutely nothing.

This thing is still not working? I downloaded this app months ago and it still isn't working. Clearly they are not committed to fixing the problem.

I paid a little extra for the cd with this bonus headset and it's a let down. The 360° movement does not work at all when I turn my head. Disappointed.

It won't let me log it at all, I touch the log on button and nothing happens, or it stops and i get this message that says app has stopped working. Please fix this, I would hate to think I wasted my money on this.

For the app, I submit the last six letters("digits") of the code that is in fact on the goggles, and it won't accept it. IT DOESN'T WORK!! PLEASE FIX THIS!!! I PAID FOR THIS!!!!

Video quality is bad (dark & low res), just like inside the ball. Some time it hang.

This is bullshit, video should come with the CD instead of an online app, very dissappointed.

Have tried on an android phone version 4.4.4 and still doesn't do anything. Fix it

I am able to load everything up to the point where it asks to look at a poster they are up for a second but then it just says unable to load image. What should I do?

I can't even sign up. Type in all info, hit sign up, and nothing. Help?

I installed the app and it wouldn't let me create a new account on my phone so I created on on the laptop and when I try to login on the phone it won't even click the login button

Why not offer the content through a privately shared YouTube video? Or make a proper app with all the contents already bundled. Having to download it everytime you want to see is so inefficient. Plus it never works for me! Then I'll see the video and it will cut off to an all grey screen. Feel very let down.

Using a droid turbo 2. Newest phone you can get. Fix this or I'm getting a refund for the headset.

If you connect your device to WiFi it works perfectly. Simply amazing experience. Felt like I was on stage with Megadeth!

Really cool virtual reality experience. Really felt like the future of television and movies. Nice glimpse into the future, I'm blown away.

doesnt work, i have the instructions say to enter the code on the goggles but it has never even asked me to anywhere in the app, i open the up, i log in, and it shows a loading screen and then a grey screen with white writing and i cant do anything. its a rip off

I'm glad I didn't pay any extra for the CD with the cardboard box. App doesn't work.

All it does is say it's loading. And then says it's not responding. Im on a Samsung S3 trying to use it.

Didn't work. When logged in - - > "loading" and after that only audio. Screen goes grey. (Xiaomi Red Note 2)

It doesn't load up any of the Megadeth songs. Fix this now.

...but what a terrible experience. App wouldn't launch on my Nexus phone. And the load times are sooooooo long. 5 minutes of waiting, and I deleted from my phone. I feel let down.

Not being able to make it run. The app stays a loooong time on loading screen and then it just shows a black screen with an error message (can't tell what's written because the words are overlapped. Tried on my husband's phone (that meets the minimum requirements) and it didn't work either, the same thing that happened on my phone happened on his. I was running both phones on Wifi.

Box very fiddly and doesn't really fit together very well. A bit cheap and could have been made from better materials. The VR experience is quite good but just a gimmick really. The app isn't great, the audio kept playing when I exited and the only way to stop it was by logging back in again. Overall, nice idea, not very well executed.

Works fine on LG G2. Pretty neat little extra bundled with a phenomenal album.
