Security
- Take a selfie to log in. Or you can use TouchID. Either way, forgetting your password will never be a problem!
- As an extra measure, you can lock your card with the EON app. Talk about peace of mind!
- You can also use the EON app to change your PIN. Looking for an ATM just to do that is such a waste of time!

Convenience
- No WiFi? No problem! You can access the EON app using mobile data on any network for FREE (except when on roaming)!
- You can upgrade your EON account to enjoy level-up features the moment the need arises.
- Losing your card really shouldn't be so troublesome. If you need another EON card, just buy a new EON Starter Kit and link your new EON card to your account with the app. Because nobody has time for a long replacement process.

Services
- Check account. Get your balance and recent transactions in real-time. You can also request for your transaction history.
- Move money. You can transfer money to another EON account, another UnionBank account, or an account in another bank. You can even schedule your transfers!
- Pay bills. Never miss a payment! No matter where you may be, you can pay your bills in seconds.

Too many bugs! I kind of like the app since its convient but the're too many bugs like I can't type my password with reopen it 10x or more. Too much lags and etc. Hope it fix.

Works on my phone. Linked to paypal. But the transfer of money takes so many days. The latest one took 11 days for the transfer. Customer service is ok for the first week but non existence when you need them the most and all they can answer are the generic ones that they copy paste from there website. They also said that the transfer from paypal to eon has no fee but they deduct 100 pesos for every transactions. You have to contact support but in fairness they reimburse the 100 but it's a hassle. If you're a freelance and your money is in paypal just be aware that service is bad.

Upgraded it to eon LITE but can't make withdrawals at ANY ATM terminals. Can't do online transfers, can't pay bills online, can't pay for groceries via POS. What CAN eon exactly do?

*changed my review from 3 to 1* They failed to notify me about the rejection of my transfer. I've coordinated with Paypal and EON failed to mention the error with Paypal. I don't know the whereabouts of my money and they can't transfer the money to my account anymore despite being upgraded. For customer service, please update your clients AHEAD OF TIME.

Very useless app. The card stated hassle free millennial features which only turned out to be a bigger inconvenience and disappointment. I even went to a UnionBank branch (Magallanes) which did not know about the product. Bad UnionBank!!! :( :( :(

This app is making fun of peoples faces because you can blink all you want until you feel dizzy but it just WONT work. What a nice prank. Certified hater here.

Just bought your card believing it would be a convenient payment receiving channel. The app however is quite buggy. For one, the selfie camera before signing up takes a long while to detect my face despite proper lighting and already using a quality front camera. Second, and more importantly, I can't log in properly and I think I've made the mistake of choosing fingerprint as a log in style because even after I've put my finger on the sensor, it just remains on the login screen. It's just stuck there, and I don't get it. As much as I appreciate the "security" checks, if it means so much inconvenience, I might end up having this card sit in my wallet instead. Update: Customer service is okay however, as they really called me up to ask for details on the app's problems. Will have to wait for the app's next update.

The app is really great it helps me a lot just in a push of a one very particular button every transaction is recorded and safely hid with this, the log in for me is not a problem (I use fingerprint) and there's no issue with my EON account, basically other people should learn how to use this especially the facial recognition and picture while blinking.

Selfie app is okay. Though app does not work on lower OS versions. Customer service in QC branch is accommodating. Have problems with user ID via browser and they're still working on it up until now.

Why does it always say 'invalid pin' when I'm trying to change the pin? I can't use the card because I can't set my pin. I hope I didn't just waste money on the card.

Selfie login is a great feature but not at all amazing. You obviously can't do it in low light. I prefer the old login using username and password. Using OTP by default is kinda annoying there should be an option to disable it. Having a convenience fee plus fixed deposit is not competitive at all. Plus generating a reference number just to cash-in just doesn't make sense. GCash and PayMaya is doing great with no convenience fee and no need of generating reference #s. You're definitely in a bad start. I hope you can turn this around. Because if there's no change, I don't think there's a need for me to use this.

Little issue when logging in via face... the face on my Google Pixel is squeezed horizontally and barely recognized by the app, which makes logging in a problem. Why does it not support the fingerprint reader to login? Also, why does it allow to select touch id when its running on an android phone and then locks you out? Thats beside the many crashed I got on the Pixel. This app looks like an early alpha version and I uninstalled it. Why the heck would it need to have permission to manage and make phone calls??? NO WAY!

Uninstalling this until it works. Can't login via the selfie login, and on the random chance that I do get to sign in, I get diverted to other errors. Heavy animation also causes my phone to hang whereas other apps work just fine. Wasn't able to benefit from this app. Keep going, EON team! Would really love an app for my account.

it sucks when you use facial or finger scanner. it stays on that page and wont give you a menu to change it back to just using a pin code. finger scanner says recognised but wont do anything. my internet is really fast not a connection issue. tried uninstall reinstall shut down and even triedd their support. no help at all
