Nous, membres du parti de l’ENVOL, de la Rd. Congo,
Convaincus que le but de tout gouvernement est d’accomplir le bonheur de son peuple et de préserver sa liberté ;

Persuadés que l’ignorance, la pauvreté et la corruption sont les causes premières de la désolation des Congolais, du dépérissement de la nation et de la liquidation de l’État ;

Mus par la volonté de bâtir un État moderne et une Nation puissante au cœur de l’Afrique capable d’œuvre pour la prospérité et le bonheur du peuple congolais ainsi que pour l’intégration politique et économique africaine ;

Ayant foi dans l’engagement et l’action politique comme levier de la transformation du pays ;

Déterminés à créer une société congolaise, ayant confiance en son destin, garante de l’indépendance nationale ;

Assurés que seuls les Congolais peuvent, dans l’unité et la concorde, sauver le Congo des périls qui le guettent ;

Décidés à entreprendre la refondation économique et sociale de la société congolaise par la réforme comme moyen de la conduite du changement ;

Convaincus qu’il n’y a de salut que dans la liberté et la justice ;

Prenons, devant la NATION et L’HISTOIRE, la responsabilité de :

Œuvrer à la conquête du rôle dirigeant en République Démocratique du Congo en vue de la quête permanence du bonheur de son peuple ainsi que de l’exercice d’un leadership éclairé et responsable ;

Rationnaliser l’action politique par le rayonnement de la connaissance et du savoir technique en République Démocratique du Congo, au service de son peuple, en luttant contre l’ignorance, la pauvreté et la corruption ainsi que tout système de pouvoir et d’autorité qui s’en sert comme levier de maintien notamment au moyen de l’impunité ;

Agir en faveur de la pérennisation de la République Démocratique du Congo comme État et à sa consolidation comme Nation, au cœur de l’Afrique, dans ses frontières du 30 juin 1960 en refondant l’État et en revalorisant l’autorité publique ;

Bâtir un État fédéral comme ultime forme de la reconstruction de l’État après avoir renforcé le régionalisme politique et la décentralisation administrative ;

Consolider un État de droit démocratique fondé sur le respect et l’indépendance de la justice ainsi que la participation active de la population à la base à travers des reformes politiques, administratives et économiques ;
Défendre l’indépendance nationale et permettre au Congo de jouer son rôle de pôle stabilisateur en Afrique et dans le monde ;

Entreprendre les transformations sociale et politique nécessaires visant à réhabiliter l’individu comme centre de la reconstruction nationale autour des valeurs de la liberté, de l’égalité, de la propriété, de la responsabilité, du travail et de la solidarité nationale organisée ;

Humaniser la société congolaise en luttant contre les inégalités sous toutes leurs formes ;

Promouvoir pro activement, avec l’appui de l’État, une économie du marché, capable de créer les richesses et d’en assurer la redistribution équitable entre toutes les provinces et toute la population ;

Protéger la diversité et le patrimoine culturel national en promouvant la création artistique ;

Pour ce faire, avons créé l’ENVOL, comme Parti politique
œuvrant au service de la présente Déclaration des principes.

We, members of the party of ENVOL, the Rd. Congo
Realizing that the purpose of any government is to fulfill the happiness of its people and preserve its freedom;

Believing that ignorance, poverty and corruption are the main causes of the desolation of the Congolese, the decline of the nation and the state of liquidation;

Driven by the desire to build a modern state and a powerful nation in the heart of Africa able to work for the prosperity and happiness of the Congolese people and for the African political and economic integration;

Having faith in the commitment and political action as a lever for the transformation of the country;

Determined to create a Congolese company, trusting his fate, the guarantor of national independence;

Assured that only the Congolese can, in unity and concord, save the Congo from the perils that lie in wait;

Decided to undertake the economic and social reconstruction of Congolese society in the reform as a means of driving change;

Convinced that there is salvation only in freedom and justice;

Take to the NATION and THE HISTORY, responsible for:

Working to conquer the leading role in the Democratic Republic of Congo for the permanent pursuit of happiness of its people as well as the exercise of informed and responsible leadership;

Streamline political action by the radiance of knowledge and technical expertise in the Democratic Republic of Congo, in the service of his people, fighting against ignorance, poverty and corruption and any system of power and authority is used as including holding lever with impunity;

Act for the perpetuation of the Democratic Republic of Congo as a state and its consolidation as a nation in the heart of Africa, in its borders of 30 June 1960 by recasting the state and by upgrading the public authority;

Build a federal state as the ultimate form of state reconstruction after strengthening political regionalism and administrative decentralization;

Consolidate a democratic state based on respect and independence of justice and the active participation of the population at the base through political reforms, administrative and economic;
Defend national independence and allow the Congo to play its stabilizing role pole in Africa and the world;

Undertake social transformations and necessary policy to rehabilitate the individual as the center of national reconstruction around the values ​​of freedom, equality, property, liability, labor and organized national solidarity;

Humanizing Congolese society by fighting against inequalities in all forms;

Promote proactively, with the support of the state, a market economy, capable of creating wealth and ensuring the equitable distribution among all provinces and all;
