“Divyang Milaap” is an mobile application an initiative of Nirvan that serves the dual purpose of finding home for destitute and also reuniting them with their families.
Dear All Countless human beings suffering from psychiatric disorders are forced to survive on the sides of roads, under bridges and in the shadows of our high-risersin our city. They have been abandoned, lost or orphaned. Their future is bleak and every day of living is a story of immeasurable pain for no fault of theirs. Those psychiatrically ill/ mentally challenged fellow human beings deserve shelter, food, medical treatment and a chance to live a better life. NIRVAN has been striving to secure their basic needs for over a decade. We do so because we believe there is perhaps no more nobler cause than to secure basic survival opportunities for these special people. As a successful and able mentor in your own field, you have earned the dignity and respect among Country's citizenry. We now invite you to join us as guardians of this quest so the childhood and youth of such special people is not wasted away in the brutal cold world outside.
This app allows people to upload photos or small video of people they find on streets. This will help their families, parents and guardians to find them in Divyang Milaap and contact to Divyang Center to meet them.
