Pomodoro Tracker for Android
* Set goals for each weekday, and you'll have a progress bar for how close you are to reaching your goals for the day and the week. This is an incredible motivator!
* Every pomodoro you complete is stored in a database, which you can use to track your progress.
* Chart your progress over time! (Pro Version, an in-app purchase)
* Create categories of activities, such as "Programming", "Gardening" and "Studying", then track and chart them separately. (Pro Version)
* Pause a pomodoro in the middle - never drive yourself crazy waiting that last ten minutes to take an emergency bathroom break!
* Adjust the time of the current pomodoro by tapping the timer text - perfect for adding time if you get sidetracked, or subtracting time if you did work off the clock.
* While working, the icon in the action bar shows the number of minutes left, so you can see without unlocking your phone or leaving another app.
* After completing a pomodoro, you'll see a timer - in case you spaced out and didn't notice the alert sound, you'll know how much longer you were working.
* Configurable work and break lengths, as well as a long break interval.
These are just a few of the features that make Pomodoro Tracker stand out from the crowd. Give it a try - you'll be amazed how much more productive you'll be, and how refreshed you'll be from the frequent short breaks!

Pro Version:
This is a $6.99 in-app purchase, available from the "Upgrade to Pro" menu item. The pro version unlocks the pomodoro history graphs, activity tracking, removes the ads, and will most likely offer more features in the future.
Coming soon: task tracking!
--------------------------------------------------------------
Permissions:
BILLING - Enables the pro version upgrade.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, INTERNET - Used for ads in the free version.
DISABLE_KEYGUARD, WAKE_LOCK - If enabled, allows your phone to wake up when pomodoro is finished.
VIBRATE - Self-explanatory.
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE - We try to write the history database to the SD card to make it easier for you to access and back it up.
I am looking for a pomodoro timer that doubles as a time tracker. Unfortunately this app restricts me from trying the tracking / reporting features until they see my money. Given the high volume of basic pomodoro timers available gratis I don't see why they would bother releasing their least remarkable features as a "demo".
A tracker
Clean, nice-looking interface. I decided to the pro version to get rid of the ads, and it looks even better now. The daily/weekly goals feature is great. The ability to pause a pomodoro is also a nice touch. Just the set of features I was looking for.
Although not as popular, this is the best one. Clean interface. My favorite features are: minutes remaining age displayed in the notifications bar, customizable buzzer noise, and able to keep track of process. Unfortunately, it's a battery hog :(
Only pomodoro app I found that has a timer in the status bar. However, that black on gray is terribly difficult to read, as if it was not small already. Can you no make it at least white on red or site on black for contrast or black on white? Thanks.
Easily the best pomodoro app which I was HAPPY to pay for given the activity tracking. Would love to see activity summaries, like "you have the following pomodoros under the heading x, the following under y, and you currently have 15 pomodoros in your activity list." Having a snapshot of my total work in various categories would be SO SO helpful. I love this app!
There are a few things that would make this perfect and worth what I paid. If you're on a break and you accidentally close the app from the recent apps screen, the app thinks the break is a pomodoro. This needs to be fixed. Second, a 4x1 widget would be great. I could put it on the lock screen to avoid unlocking the phone. If that's too hard, the ability to keep the screen on (but dimmed) while the timer is active would help.
Best one I've come across so far, bought the pro version for the extra features as well as to support the developer! Hopefully the task tracking for activities comes out soon, also it would be cool if you could write notes down for tasks, for example at the end of the day I like to write down how I could have improved on a particular task. As I'm currently doing that on paper, if something like that could be integrated into the app that would be great.
This is a great pomodoro timer, and the notifications and unlocking of the phone at the pomodoro expiration are very nice touches. The developers seem to be actively improving it as well, which is a good thing.
I like very much the design of the app but it didn't say the purchase had to be done to have access to the stats. And when i went to buy the app it redirected me to an instant payment not the pro version of the app (if that exists) and whre the amount of the payment was not defined clearly so i didnt press continue...
Love it so far. Loving the goals option. Really keeps me from quitting early. Suggestion. I love the goals idea. If you're able to track Pomodoros for separate goals and have a history tracker for them, I'd definitely pay for the pro version Edit: activity tracking is now included!? Amazeballs. Time to upgrade. Thanks!

Near perfect feature set. Would be great to have a vibrate only feature for the ringtone. Also, could be clearer that the ticking at the first few seconds of a new pomodoro will fade. I have come to really appreciate this feature, but I thought the ticking setting wasn't being recognized at first.
It's hard to concentrate with ads...
Allows to track of every individual time block. Also filtering based on time-block spent on each activities for time length upto more than past six months... Plus many other useful features.
This app hasn't received an update in a while. I understand that developers want to avoid feature creep, but this app needs some attention. The activities section needs to be incorporated into the goals and charts some how. I'd like to see categories such as work, school, and personal and the ability to assign goals to those categories.
I'm not certain how the charts and activities work together. I have the paid version, btw and never played with the free before doing the upgrade. Yes, an "all activities" chart is generated that shows two bars. (I've been using it for 2 days.) Both bars are dated April 14th, even tho I've done most pomos on the 15th. The two bars are spaced far apart, not right next to each other as the sample images show. Yes, I can make activity categories, but no results appear in some activity-specific views when I toggle away from the "all activities" to a category view. For the activity categories in which I've not done any pomos, I get a "no pomos were found in this time range" message. On the ones where I've done 1-2 pomos, I just get a blank chart. There doesn't seem to be a way to directly compare how many pomos were dedicated to one activity vs. another ... which is what i assumed this app would do. As far as I can tell, it just counts total pomos and displays them on a not-very-useful chart. I'm hoping there's just something I don't understand yet, because I really want this to be useful ... especially after paying $6.99. I can get an app that counts pomos for free.
I have the free version of this app and it is brilliant. Most trackers are clunky or quirky. This is visually appealing and simple. I am going to go pro and have to see that part of the app. Hoping there is a distraction list somewhere built in so I can keep track of those brilliant thoughts and keep focused. Great job!
Update: The developers implemented both of the features I asked for in my previous review. I'm now very happy with the app!..............................Previous review: I purchased the pro version of this app because goal and activity features are worth the money. That's great to be able to put daily goals of number pomodoros, and to see how much you achieve. It's also wonderful to classify the pomodoros based on the activity type. However I cannot use the app because of some simple limitations: 1) It makes a ticking noise in first 5-10 seconds of each pomodoro and there's no way to deactivate it, it ticks even at the silent mode! I share an office with colloquies and it's embarrassing when I forget to turn down the volume. I cannot use it during meetings for the same reason. 2) Many times I forget to turn the app on, or study/write when I don't have my phone with me. I'd like to record those times later but there is no way to enter number of pomodoros later. It would be great if developers put an option to enter pomodoros for a particular day later so the statistics and goal settings would be meaningful. If these two items are fixed, I'll happily update my rating and my comments.
It does what it says it does. Very simple to use, yet a really effective studying motivator! I keep trying to beat my pomodora scores of previous days. I hope the developers will keep updating it, especially the tasks and subtasks feature! Great job! Update: love the update, I can finally organize my activities by tasks and control the ticking sound and timings. Great job developer!! Maybe in future updates an archive with all completed tasks and dates of completion would be a super motivating feature. Thanks for the update!
I have the paid version, it does pretty much everything I need. Two requests. 1)the timer isn't visible on breaks, would be nice to see how long I have left, and; 2) would be great to be able to download a file with data to do actual statistics, (i.e. start and stop time/date, if paused). With those two would give 5 stars.
Overall this is a good app. Simple and you can set each of the times for short break, long break, and work times. My only problem is that the app is stuck on vibrate. I have tried to change the alert setting several times to no success.
Really the best i tried before, there is only one bug which is bad for me, if i change number of minutes to 60, icon with left minutes dessapier in notificatoin bar. Please repair this thing. I love this app!

I think I figured out why the task promodoro numbers become inaccurate. It seems that if you pause a promodoro at all, it is counted over all when it's done, but not applied to the task at hand's count.
Very good Pomodoro App, really like. Has most of the features I need, like statistics in the pro version and the option to set a custom time for the pomodoros. 5 stars!
It's fine as a timer, like every other Pomodoro timer app. What should set it apart is the tracker abilities. However, the free version gives you no idea how these work, just extra buttons that when clicked say "get pro and you can see this". But standard refund time doesn't even let you go through one Pomodoro, let alone see what's tracked. Not worth trying. Description is a lie, too - all about the pro version. Edited - OK - sorry, yes, description does mark the pro stuff as pro. But I confused the "goals" with tracking - all that is is how many pomodoros (not tied to any task) you do in a day/week. Not useful to me. And the screenshots, while they do show the pro stuff, don't give me an idea how long it takes to set up a new category, for instance. It's the little things you can't tell until you try.
It would be good if the history was more clearly presented and if you could add notes to particular days.
The pro version is so close to bring what I want. The addition of a task list would make it worth giving up on a paper notepad entirely.
Best pomodoro app I've used.
Please make the app take breaks after pomodoro successions. It's annoying stopping at 3,having configured at 4 and when I return hours later, it wants me to take a break.
free version has very limited feature
Can't figure out what to do
Would be better if there was a widget for it. Otherwise great!
too expensive
The best time management software so far. Helps focusing and measuring productivity time. Bought the pro version.
