Why do I need to change my password five times more often than my online banking password? Whichever paranoid schizophrenic designed this needs to settle down, because it just makes it more difficult to check my rosters.

This just a website shortcut in fact it works better in chrome anyway at least chrome let's you save login details

Constant issues. Reinstalling again in attempt to clock off at 1030pm. Handy when it works, but too many issues.

I have to log into my account EVERYTIME I want to see my shifts. I understand security but it shouldn't be for this app. Until this changes, it will remain at 1 Star.

Will not let me request a new password. Very un user friendly. Bad start.

Used to work very well then all of a sudden it stopped accepting my password when it changed from roster plus to ento.. Uninstalled then tried to install again but tells me is already installed so can't do it again. Very annoying.

I haven't been able to use this APP on my mobile for a few months, even after changing the password thinking it was me. Today i un-installed the APP, installed and logged in fine. I hope everyone reads this because for now this is start you need to do to fix your problem - start with uninstalling the APP, reinstall it. Make sure when you enter your email that you backspace at the end of your email address, for some reason it recognises a space at the end as an invalid character, now enter your password. GO!

Extremely 'user UNfriendly' app. Once you've accepted your shifts, any changes just get added / deleted and you don't get the opportunity to accept, they are just there. Numerous log on issues and the 'help desk' just sends you how to log in instructions, which I try on numerous occasions before I get the help I need. It's like no one actually reads the message that contains the problem you are experiencing.

Still no recognition of password. Keeps saying wrong. Will be deleting and sticking with website access.

The app is more trouble than what it's worth. Redirects you back to the log in page after just signing in to check your roster. The app doesnt save your details either, so it's really tedious filling everything out again. And again.. And agsin.

Have to ask for a new password every time I need to log on. It won't register my change of password either and I hate how it logs you off every time you leave the app.

It appears that it is just a website that loads when App is launched. Back key on phone won't work you have to press the top back key on the screen. Not very user friendly. Doesn't keep you logged in

It's really annoying having to log in every time.. There should be an option to save password PLEASE

Can't login. Will not load after entering details. Same result from website in chrome and IE. Tried different devices including PC. Tried to reset password. Simply doesn't work.

I cant even log in!

This app has problems: 1. This app ligs out automatically when exiting. 2. It automatically accepts my shifts. 3. I cannot seem to change my profile picture. 4. I cannot select unavailableity for upcoming 2 weeks. 5. When i do select unavailability it doesnt show. 6. Calendar does not sync. Please help and please fix thanks!!

Does all you expect it to do. Nothing fantastic. Automatically logs out after exiting the app.

When i sign in to the app, as soon as i click on any of the roster options it boots me back out to the login screen.
