ace for Parents

Dead slow to open, 99% time complaints abt no internet connectivity when all other apps works seamlessly. Pls do something to make this useful to parents

The homework is in read only mode ,hope we can select and copy the homework cause most of the times when I am at work I need to type the entire homework to send it as a msg to a different phone.. Its not user friendly.

Other than just watching published daily routine of the child, till now the app have been pretty useless , none of the features work

Messages received id one way! Can't respond to a msg in the same screen, another message gets created. Half if the options given isn't even filled by the school! So why even have it

Got my one plus 3 upgraded to Android 8, Oxygen OS 5. App is not working after upgrade, kindly look into this ASAP

The app is not opening after Android O and Oxygen 6 update on my 3T. The app was very useful for me to get updates from my son's school. Since the app is not working now, I do not have any other medium to get the same updates. Request the Dev team to fix this issue and release the patch update immediately

Forgot password doesn't work. Never got any mail (even after 1 day) on further instructions. What is customer care number? I am not getting any help.

Seems the app is used for one-way communication from school .. never got response to messages or requests to school...SMS alerts would be equally effective with same utility value.

Users keep unique password, means do not use password used in any other applications. When I keep my personal email password as given in this app, I get notification from email provider, that someone was trying to access your email account and it's blocked. So personal details and password stored in Ace server are comprised.

This was working fine...But since I updated my phone to oxygen OS 5.0, it stopped responding. No luck even after reinstall, its just not opening. Pls fix this as my child's school uses this for sending all messages & homework

App is not opening on Google Pixel running Android 8.0. It doesn't goes beyond initial screen.

No search options. Long steps to know features ==》quick to support current problem with quuck fix and promised to support permanent fix in next version.

App is very nice. Try to incorporate leave applying feature to communicate directly to Class teacher and Principal.

Always face tech issues

The app has refused to launch since an upgrade to Android O.
