Photo albums don't work despite reporting problems with app and school. Feel out of the loop with my child's experience at school each day.

Very useful and user-friendly app for parents

After I updated my phone to Oreo, this app is just not opening. It's just stuck on the Safari Kid logo. I'm missing all messages and notifications! Please fix this!

App is not working on Android Oreo. Stuck on startup screen loop. Getting notifications but can't open them. Google pixel

After Android 8 update my app was not working. The support team was prompt enough to reach out to me and fix the problem at the earliest. I am able to access the app now. thanks for the support

The photo albums don't updated and I don't get notifications of newsletters.

Never getting updates on time..and app hangs a lot..none of the features are working smoothly..

Very poor app. Slow, gets hanged, photos take long to download, doesn't always get alert on new diary entries or notifications...overall highly dissatisfied

Its a wow app. I used to wonder what will my kid do in preschool. Now get all info at finger tips...super app.
