Every update they release makes it worse. Now you have to watch a minute of ads before every video and it usually stops working on the third video or so. It's the same for all SB video apps

The latest changes made to ALL of the Protege Apps is terrible. I have been using SB and the apps for over 5 ys. It has always been 1 AD then 1 Video, complete 6xs or 14xs to earn the (penny) $0.01. Now there are 2 and 3 ADs playing between each vid making it take 3xs as long to complete. I'm sorry I have to uninstall all app from all my devices, this is not worth it any more. Using Samsung S2 Tab, and Google Pixel.

I can pretty much only get SBTV and Lifestylz to work, the rest of the apps for Swagbucks just won't play the videos. It's just a white circle spinning endlessly. PLEASE GO BACK TO YOWGO, PRODEGE IS AWFUL!!

"What's New Bug fixes and performance improvements. Requires Android 4.1 and up" Swagbucks "LIES", saying only "Jelly Bean" OS is supported. "KitKat is NOT supported any longer. They don't care if you can't get it to work. Update is horrible. No longer works on tablets (forcing users out), took several attempts to get it to load on the smartphone. The videos lock up, program freezes and then the "UNAUTHORIZED" user pops up and forces you out. Support is horrible. I would recommend others to find another earning site as this on e is only lining their pockets now. SWAGBUCKS BANS you from Facebook site when you complain about issues. Too many ads in between that aren't even there. Uses LOADS of bandwidth for small % of pennies. Don't bother to complain on FACEBOOK, they like to ban you.

The update seems to have broken all the Prodege/Swagbucks apps. I just get a circling icon forever no matter what I do after noon. Before noon it's laggy and jerky taking forever to move between videos and has a bunch of broken ads mixed in. Good job, Swagbucks.

Let me put this simple for you. 75 vids that you need to watch, over 50 videos ads that you also need to watch for an amazing amout of 10SB (10 cents). Is that worth it? Your call.

First they lower the daily limit to abysmal amounts, and continue to do it until it's 10 sb a day. Then they "accidentally" remove our favorites. Lastly, the ads stick and don't continue forward. This app has suffered immensely lately. Not working at all anymore.

It worked but they just made it worse and broke it with every update. Do not waste your time

The "improvement" of this version is that you can no longer add videos to the favorites playlist. Thanks Swagbucks, you never fail to disappoint! This app hardly ever runs for me, it gets stuck on a white circle.

Can't log in since the updates. There is a tutorial you swipe to the left and there are like 4 dots at the bottom to show what page you're on and that's in the middle of the log in banner.

its a good app when IT RUNS RIGHT!!!! need to pull the ads that freeze it....support is no help as I have reported it and the bad ads are still there!

With the latest update, I need to watch 110 videos for 2 lousy points? Really Swagbucks? You want me to waste THAT much time for 2 lousy points?

Get rid of the stupid modelo ad...it keeps getting stuck, fix the ads and I'll change my rating, otherwise it stays the same.

It is asking for access for all files on phone and the ability to make and receive calls. Would you hand your phone to your doctor for him/her to do a close inspection of all of its contents including APK files for your mobile banking app (which when it asks for access to files, that's what it gets)? If you wouldn't give all of that info to the person you're entrusting your life to, then it's a horrible idea to turn that over to a company of strangers.

Say doesn't support that device. Sucks! That's the second time they've made updates that have left me unable to use my devices. Costing me more then the site is worth. Other survey sites don't constantly change things for the worst. Guess I move on.

The app crashed and then logged me out! Now it says too many log in attempts. Very frustrating. Please fix. I watch them videos for points. Thank you for your help!

Why does it need to make phone calls and snoop at my pictures?

Sometimes ads are numerous, but it's an easy way for me to get some AB's here and there. I love swagbucks!

I'm not updating this App or any from swagbucks since they're just making it near impossible. It was fine and fair until they loaded all these adds on it. Pure greed is ruining another thing that was once good. Even tv doesn't have this many adds. SMH

I'm pretty sure you guys don't need a ad before every video that might be one of the many problems with this app it crashes way too much fix it and I might raise my rating

I am done with these greedy SB/Yowgo apps....every one of them. CONSTANT error messages blaming my Internet connection (which never seems to have a problem with anything else using it) have got to be deliberate to make us view 20-30 vids for 2 cents. Videos either freeze or just don't load, but ads work fine. Go figure. While you're figuring, I'll be uninstalling.

The app constantly freezes after just a few videos and having an ad after every single video is SO NOT worth it anymore.
