Doesn't work. Just stays on crown screen and keeps loading forever. Its not my data because the same thing happens regardless of if I'm on my home wifi, 4gLTE, xfinity hotspots, or McDonalds

Great app. I haven't had any problems with it so far, and the map view is very useful. Definitely worth getting, and it makes it easy to redeem mobile offers.

This falls way short of my expectations. I don't like featured offers in the middle of my other offers. I don't have to put up with that with the book. I don't like scrolling through 10 copies of the exact same coupon for 10 different locations. I don't like the choices of 20 miles radius that then jumps right to 100 miles. For those people living outside of major metropolitan areas, in my case San Francisco, 20 mi doesn't allow me to get the San Francisco coupons, 100 miles is way farther than I'm willing to travel for most of the coupons. All in all, a great disappointment. I've already contacted them regarding a refund. I'll stick with print which I don't do for almost anything else - but the app is just that bad

Received as part of purchase of new tablet. App works just fine so far. Really disappointed in the lack of restaurants in it though. I remember when these books were full of participation. Now its like the same ones over and over, just a different address. As far as the stores are concerned, not much there either since I'm not a high end shopper. It was free for a year, so haven't lost anything and the app itself seems to run smoothly.

Haven't had time to really try it out but the new activation process worked without a hitch. Not sure why so many are having problems signing up. App works fine without problems. I will come back and re-rate after using the app at retail locations.

Mid october and for some reason my membership is expired? I should have over two months. Its not letting me log in and says i need to buy a new membership? Really??

Looking at the reviews, most of them about invalid email but don't say what steps they took to get to it. LMAO. I strongly believe it's a UI issue where the user probably doesn't know to click activate button first. I would recommend updating that to have a question to ask the user of they are a new user or not first. Anyways, app works fine, gps, activation was a bit word that it says postal code was wondering but still activated my account. So again, needs work with UX here. The book I got today had a coupon for Kobe but I cannot search for it. Searching other stuff is okay though. So I'm guessing the app coupons are incomplete. Which is kind of pointless if it is not a complete list and I still have to bring the book around.

How do you put in the 2nd access code for the coupons since I bought for 2 locations..would only let me put in one.

Great coupons

Irritating, takes forever to load when I want to use it, but will randomly blow up my phone with alerts just because I'm using Maps for navigation. Also, there are almost no coupons for my area for some reason making this app, essentially worthless.

Idk what everyone is talking about but it activated for me right away. If you let you're phone automatically enter you're email address for you then that's effete the error comes from. I should work for this company lol

Not impressed with the app. It was easy enough to sign up and activate the account. My issue is with the app itself. It takes forever to load deals. I'm frequently getting loading errors, and it often has issues figuring out my location, both using GPS on my phone and with me manually inputting my location. I haven't actually used the app for any deals get as it is often a fight just to figure out what's available. Looks like I'll just have to stick with lugging the coupon book around.

Book offers not in app. Alert should automatically open to coupon. Search function is terrible.

I have push notifications turned on and it never says what is nearby. I missed out on a 25% off the other day at a restaurant I ate at. The 2016 app worked better.

Everything is broken. Mhomesubmenu null. Location not found. Pretty much can't use this app anymore.

The new redesign works better than the older version and is a nice improvement. Maybe I missed it but I can't see where to sort results.

This app is garbage. I bought a coupon book that gave me an activation code and I downloaded this and all it told me was that my email was invalid. I know what my email is and this is terrible. I see all the reviews and this app is just a waste of time and space on your phone.

Unable to access to mobile app. Email error...? Worked online to set up account. HELP!

I downloaded the app to try to log in and no go. I had just freshly reset a password on my computer and logged in from there and my phone browser just fine. It would be nice if software engineers around this would properly link the login system.

Like others I downloaded the app after going to their webpage to activate my membership. Received the same error message email account not found which is odd given that I have been a member for many years. It appears that they really have not done enough debugging and beta testing. You do not have to take my word for it. Download it yourself if you want to waste time and phone memory

Attempting to create a new account your app keeps telling me that my e-mail address is invalid. Looking at the reviews for this app my hopes are not high. There is a serious problem if all of these people are having the same issue. Receied a response and they told me i wasn't doung it correctly snd should should try activating a new account. If thry would have actually read what I wrote, I was attempting to "activate a new account". Terrible app and bad customer service.

The app only allows you to use one account at a time. I purchased 3 books because you offered a deal on multiple books. Your app should be able to handle multiple codes.

Fantastic app. I am able to save money without any problems. Easy to use app and the discounts in my area are awesome.
