Ive been using it since a long time it was good... the app used to allow me to transfer money upto 15 to 20k to other bank accounts now the daily limit has been reduced to 5k and my money is stuck in the wallet. The customer care no. is forever busy and there is no other way to reach you. What do I do to increase my limit ? Are you telling me Paytm is better ?

I have added Rs 5000 to payzapp by my SBI credit card. The money has debited from my account and transaction was failed. When I call to customer care, The call is not connecting and then placed an email with failed transaction screenshot to support on 23 Oct 2017. I got a system generated response with ticket number : 066-860. Till now (31st Oct 2017) no response from the payzaap support. If I not get my money back to my wallet I will place a legal complaint. And for your helpful customer service I will remove the app forever.

Its been more than 5 days still didn't got my cashback for transaction failure. Also there is no one to reply on the email and the tollfree number is just for a namesake, its not getting connected. Writing Once again I got my cash back after long wait.

Get your dash customer service lines working, Check your negative feedbacks and don't rely on the positive feedback received. We do know people are there to just take surveys. If payz app wants to review my comments and rectify, they better be genuine to stay in the race.

Very bad & vest app. U have done transaction throw it ur getting lot of harassment in case of refund, cash back or any process.i did not get cashback for bookmyshow booking even 5 or more time contacted custmer care. The customer care executives language is very rigid. Bhosdi ka hai HDFC

Initially this app was great and fast but now it sucks. I have today 6 failed transitions work of 30000 and not even a single rupee transferred back to my account. Customer service phone number never connect and email I get only auto-generated email. I replied in the link your team had emailed me but till now no reply.

I have written a email to payzapp support but the are not replying and i am trying to reach to call to their heline number but it is always swithed off. I feel like i got cheated. But the Cashback is not being credited even I raised query through email.... Customer care number working.. But no executive comes online even if you wait...

I have added 6000 to payzapp wallet and transferred transferred 4000 to an hdfc account and it succeeded. When I tired to make transaction to SBI bank for the remaining 2000 it failed And refunded. I tried for 2 times it showed transaction was failed. It's been 5 days still the refund is not initiated for the 3rd time when transaction failed. I would like to know whether I would get 2000 back.

Every time you call customer care number, it sats Airtel no u have called is busy. Not able to connect to connect to them. Bloody fellows not even reply to the mails. They send automated mails tat they wil reply in 24 hrs. Even after 4-5 days they wil not respond.. Suh a disgusting fellows these support people are..

had recently made a transaction of transfer money to a bank account of rs 5000 and I had wrongly entered 12 digit account number instead of 11. The transaction should not have gone through but it shows success. Tried calling customer care but no response. It pathetic how they transfer money with invalid bank details and then don't respond .

I have very good Experience with this app, also suggest those people's who are doing any transaction please refer to term and conditions carefully, all cash back and offers are subject to those terms and conditions. I also wants share a cons, now any transaction funsa transfer to the any bank account should be charged 2% and 18%gst on transaction charges extra this is very bad news for us. This is my request to Payzapp please make it free to those users who are using HDFC account with them. I hope you will definitely work on this.

Did not get any cashback for bookmyshow bookings. Wrote multiple times to support for the same. Still no action. Horrible experience Edit: wrote in response to the address below and they transfer me 8 rupees in the name of cashback. This is pathetic. Kindly dont install this or transact thru payzapp. U won't be getting any cashback promised on bookmyshow or any other transactions.

As I see no one has received any cashback for the BOOKMYSHOW payment during the offer. Thrice I've emailed you, not once you've replied. You are not picking up the call either. So, I was forced to lodge a complain to the consumer forum. In the complaint, I've also mentioned that you have cheated many customers. I hope you'll be forced to refund now. Anyways, my transaction id is 9PVQTM on 1st Oct.

Guys, a suggestion, don't download and waste your time using this app. They list many offers but when you try to redeem them, most of them fail, or you'll run into some error. The user interface of the app isn't good either with a lot of bugs here and there. Even after multiple mails to their support, no action has been taken and I haven't received the cashback yet.

Customer support is worst. Further, one need to keep track of his Cashback as it happens many times that Cashback is not credited to account until you highlight the issue. I have mailed so many times but I don't get any response. Seems like payzapp customer support is active only on play store.

I am very upset while using this app for transactions.. I used this app for money getting from credit card & transfer to bank.. Very first time it works good, successfully money is transfer to bank.. While 2nd time money is added in wallet of rs. 5000, & while I'm trying to transfer it to bank then money is deducted from wallet but it hasn't come to my bank account. Plz do needful.. Nice app for recharge and paying utility bills. Best app for load money from credit card and easy money transfer to any account. Only issue is contacting customer care is little complex, that should be made easy. In the history it is showing only last 5 transactions, don't know how to see the full historical statement.

1)No proper customer support... No matter how many times you call ..it says busy. Emails are all system generated. 2) no proper follow up or ststus check for failed transactions. Or as to whether the issue is being resolved or not. There are other apps with dedicated customer support and follow up for each type of operation. Dont go for this...there are far better apps

I made transactions of 10k from my payzapp account to bank, initial transactions were failed but not received amount back to wallet, after some time it showed success but still amount not received on my bank account. Customer care number is continuous busy and no reply on mail. Looking like its a fraud app.

And app donno what are the recharge plans available in market.. it was unable to find which network is the number belongs to??. It won't show up 3G plans at all. It's too dangerous app, while we send money to other bank, that money will not credit in that bank, and also not in your wallet.that money will gone. Recently I had faced this problem. Till now I don't get my money back. It's worth 7000 rupees. I will contact customer service, but they will always busy. Every time says like that. No one responds to my issue.

I have tried on customer care but from last 10 hours it's busy. If my transaction is failed then why it will take 5 days to refund in wallet. Guys please do not install this aap. I tried to transfer 5000 to an account & it was unsuccessful. They told they will refund within 5 days. Its been more than 5 days. I raised complaint through mail & tried calling their customer care, still no communication from their end. Such a bad service. I feel like I lost my 5000. Hated it.

Fraud app. Poor customer care service. Firstly their customer care no. Is always busy when you tried to call and if somehow the call will by chance picked up by the customer care then. Their will be no replies from the customer care agent. And also they said that during the booking of ticket they had promised to provide 50%cashback but after18 days they did not provide any single penny.

I downloaded this App only because it was product of HDFC Bank. But I think they are just using bank name. Not a trusted App. Recommend not to use this app. Even if any one has installaed this application it is suggested to remove this App.

Worst customer care service!!! Your call will never gonna connect to customer care, mails will be replied by bots and nobody going to call you.lost 10k in this app. Dont install!!!! The payZapp card dont works, whenever try to use it, it will redirect you to hdfc site and that site too dont work! Please please update the contact number for payzapp!

App is not as good as it is rated, most of the transaction done on this fails and what is even more worse is customer support. Customer satisfaction should be top priority if HDFC want this app to become huge success. Please rise your standard a little bit.
