Worst app ! ! , simply pay ur money and get trapped, as neither you can transfer to other non mclip a/c nor you can get recharge neither the card works nor you can get ur money back, neither the team behind this responds you nor you can get them. Deposits through refunds / returns takes too long to update & we need to remind m clip team to get balance updated

Worst app... Done a recharge, failed transaction and blocked my money for 2nd time. They will refund in over a month. Charges apply when u contact customer care.

Worst application... I have top up the wallet with 1200 to recharge my dth... now my money is trapped... neither i can transfer it nor recharge anything... most worst and useless app ever seen in my life...

Horrible experience with this app. I want to load 600 rs in this app but by mistake I load 6000 . And when I want to back my money . Customer care service said there are not any way to back my money ... .... What I do. It's horrible experience to me.

I mailed customer care and every time saying team working on it. But the problem presists showing negative balance after getting refunds from petrol bunk its a scam app

Very horrible experience with this app. I tried to pay my IRCTC payment using mvisa feature. But my transection was failed. I sent more than 15 mails, called in customer care more than 3 times, send feedback via Twitter and also complained via Bob complaint booking portal. But they are not giving me refund and confusing me with unnecessary arguments. I have given all the proofs of my failed transaction but still they are not accepting my complaint. Never use this app. Third class service. Paytm is best in terms or service and refund policy.

Not good option in transfering or send money like airtel...... Some option good .... But exept it many functions like sending money...... Its not good make it asa simple as possible ..... #change options of sending money mak it easy.......

App is a piece of crab..useless...tried to recharge for more than 30 days..evryday same thing ..cnt be done...even emaild to customer care..but they dnt have any time to go thru mail once also...forget abt their reply. Very poor service..Dnt waste time rather use other apps frm other bank.

Recently I add some fund to recharge my DTH via mvisa but unfortunately I forgot my M-Clip pin, So I tried some previous remembered pin and got account blocked, There are no way to reactivate my account and reset my M-Clip pin within app. App says call customer care, But whenever I called they're always busy, I email to cc but didn't get any reply except so called "system generated response". My funds still stuck within app and don't know what to do next. So I decided to post my frustration here.

Useless apps. You can't withdraw money or not transfer any amount to your bank account.

Today 22 April 2017 using first time for tata sky after all action and many tries it final says failed and money refunded in my mclip account WORST APP MONEY BLOCKED this cheat that we can get our own money back bank account open cheating and eating money PEOPLE DON'T USE THIS ..

I tried to recharge with mvisa to tata sky recharge but it can not. Also I recharged using my ATM card and debited rs. 350.00 ,but recharge is not successful and also money is not refunded. This app is a fraud app useless

Card got temporarily blocked and money got trapped not able to recharge or making online transaction plz unblocked ASAP. I have already send the card statement to mail

Well useless app for first no recharge is done by them at first attempt and refund process take more than a week (irctc refund process is much faster than mclip) I would suggest rather use paytm or freecharge like more reliable than this talked to cc they will always tell it takes around 5 days for refund well in a digital age we prefer digital payment for its faster transition not for snail pace speed and they work faster when reviews are given here in public :) my transition id-768149

Had my third consecutive transaction success in debiting my account but not credited in beneficiaries AC.....what kind of service Mclip (wibmo) is providing

Deducted money from my account but not added to wallet. Customer Care people are not listening.. Not able to get my money back.

Even after being a bank of baroda customer I am not a kyc customer because I have rupay debit card. Why do I have rupay debit card that also I do not not. I asked them fir visa or master card but they refuse to give you those cards. So I am non KYC customer. I hope they will either add rupay card support or will not consider card transaction for being a kyc customer.

Limit is quite low, and not user friendly, amount get trapped here. If you get refund it takes more than 15 days to credit and again, you can't send it to your bank account

On this app that not show proper transaction id so the company not pay our cash back and this app is only transfer money on specific company but not show statement in mvisa. Useless app

Worse app ever, transaction failed but amount debited after lodging complaint just wait for five working days. Height of chutiyaap

This worst app why u people nt update your app it's horribly so irritating no transaction no money back no online payment always surval is down duck off men

Every now and then it asks for mobile verification despite multiple confirmations every day. And it deducts Rs.00.80 for each verification message. Crappy

Firstly proper transaction id and passbook is needed ... App doesn't properly update transactions.. Also money is reversed only after 15 days whereas TAT should be 3 days at max... Also dr must be an option to reverse my funds to Bank..Plz imrove upon these areas.

M wallets like paytm, freecharge and mobikwik are offering more features in a wallet..like transfer amount to bank, movie bookings etc.. Hope you take necessary steps to improve the app.

Refund from IRCTC not received even after 20 days. Every time customer care give timelines of 3 days.

at least keep one more option to pay some amounts to transfer in bob ac

Good application, fund transfer facility is very good. Recharge services are wonderful, merchant services need improvement.
