Any particular language is designed in such a way that all the elements present in it must be combined in accordance with certain specific patterns.

Tense always refers to the time. What is the time taking place in the sentence you have constructed? Whatever time you choose it should be consistent throughout the whole writing. If you are talking about things that happened last month, then remain there. There are three principle forms of tenses in English grammar rules, past, present and future tense. For your convenience here is an example set on mixed tenses. "Jamie wondered how he is going to complete with time, but Rebecca will help him." This particular sentence carries all three forms of tenses, present tense in "is", past tense in "wondered" and future tense in "will". Many non-tensed forms of words also exist in the English language. Nouns supposedly form the largest class of words. Nouns denote the various categories and classes of all the things present on the surface of this planet, including humans, animals, events, places, different states, in animated things and even qualities. The words "David", "leopard", "house", "earthquake", "rose", "guitar", "solid" are all nouns. Nouns are usually not identified by the help of their forms; however some of the most popular suffixes includes "-hood" (brotherhood), "-ist" (physicist), "-age" (bondage), "-ment" (atonement), "-ism" (vandalism), "-ship" (sportsmanship) and so on. There are obviously some exceptions like worship and lament can also be verbs. Nouns are also created by the conversion of either adjectives or verbs. As a result for any language it is highly essential to keep the small grammatical rules in mind to write perfectly and these small tips will surely help you gain a better idea about English grammar rules which will help you endlessly to deal with this wonderful language.
