Guasti e-distribuzione

La prima applicazione di e-distribuzione che ti consente in modo semplice e veloce di conoscere in tempo reale lo stato della rete che alimenta la fornitura di energia elettrica che ti interessa.
Come utilizzare l'APP: 
Una volta installata sul tuo dispositivo registrarsi è semplice, dopo aver letto le "condizioni generali relative all'applicazione servizio segnalazione guasti" ti viene richiesta una e-mail e il numero di cellulare su cui riceverai un sms con il codice di attivazione da confermare. 
Puoi così inserire le forniture (fino a 5) di cui vuoi avere informazioni indicando il relativo codice POD (codice che trovi in bolletta ed inizia con IT001E...).
*** Attenzione: il codice di attivazione va inserito così come riportato nell’SMS (caratteri maiuscoli e minuscoli sono differenti) ***
Cosa puoi fare:
- inserire e gestire più forniture di energia elettrica sulla medesima applicazione (fino a 5 diversi POD), come se fosse una rubrica
- richiedere informazioni sullo stato di alimentazione relativamente ai POD delle forniture di energia elettrica indicate sulla applicazione
- visualizzare lo storico delle richieste per ciascuna fornitura di energia elettrica registrata sulla applicazione
Quando vuoi e dovunque sei puoi sapere:
- se c’è un guasto della rete elettrica
- se c’è un lavoro programmato in corso
- se è stato applicato il Piano di Emergenza Sicurezza Sistema Elettrico (PESSE) The first application of e-distribution, which allows you to quickly and easily get to know real-time status of the network that feeds the electricity supply interests.
How to use the APP:
Once installed on your device register is simple, after reading the "general conditions relating to the application fault reporting service" you are prompted for an e-mail and mobile phone number where you can receive a text message with the activation code to be confirmed.
So you can put the supplies (up to 5) you want to have information indicating the relative POD code (code found in the bill and begins with IT001E ...).

What can you do:
- Insert and manage multiple power supplies on the same application (up to 5 different POD), as if it were an address book
- Request information on POD relative to the supply of electricity power was given on application
- View the history of requests for each supply of electrical energy recorded on the application
Whenever you want and wherever you can know:
- If there is a mains failure
- If there is a planned work in progress
- If you have applied the Emergency Electricity System Security Plan (PESSE)
