Playlists Remote for Spotify

Just gives a "Spotify must be running" error, despite Spotify running. Definitely needs to be pulled until that is fixed.

As I wrote above. Would probably rate 4 stars if it worked as advertised, only wanting more options and Spotify free support. But, doesn't work with my premium account and Time Steel, with no mention of why or documentation. Will update if this changes.

Unusable so please fix asap for pebbletime watches

I used this app on my nexus. Then I got a Xperia and now it won't work... Im getting "Spotify must be running on your device in order to use the playlists remote." I used this app a lot. Helps me drive and switch playlists more safely. Please help!!

I was really excited about this app, unfortunately it is not working. Keep getting the message "Spotify must be running on your device in order to use the playlists remote", while I am running spotify at the same time and listening to the music. Please repair. I'm looking forward to using it!

Got this app on my Nexus 6P and it keeps giving me the message Spotify must be open. Useless.

Pebble app does not detect running Spotify on phone. It needs a fix, otherwise useless app.

I use spotify playlists all the time, biking, running etc. I installed both the watch and companion app on my pebble time and even when spotify runs i just get an audio symbol that cuts out

Love it for my music, but not when it insists on dragging and entire album list into your favourites due to one or two tracks

Just get the "Spotify must be running" message.

It just say the Spotify must be running blah blah it can't do more.

Looks like everyone is having this issue including myself. Please address the issue!

Would rate less if possible. Got the companion app and nothing happens on pebble. Opens for a split second then closes. Uninstalling

Beautifully simple and effective. However lately I've been only receiving the error "Spotify must be running on your device in order to use Playlists Remote" even though Spotify is clearly playing music. Please fix!

Same here. Not working on my galaxy s6 edge.

It's good but it would be better if it lets you skip songs. It might already let you skip songs but this feature does exist I haven't found it

Downloaded it a couple times keep saying spotify must be running.

Even with spotify running, all I get is a speaker symbol that then just goes back to the app list. Running on Pebble Time and I have a paid spotify account, so it should work. Just doesn't. Please fix, would make my daily EVERYTHING a lot safer if I didn't have to keep looking at my phone.

The update says PT support, but it still doesn't work. Try Music Playlist for wear. Gotta pay for Spotify but it works great.

Please fix bugs, all I keep getting on my watch is the audio icon and that's about it. My playlists don't show up at all.

This app would be useful if you could actually select a song to play. Or at least skip a song.

If you could go into a Playlist and select a song, and adjust the phone volume this would become my primary music app. Also I tried this app with Pebble version 2.3 and it didn't work, It only started working when I downloaded 2.4...
