Driver arrived within timeslot, full requirements taken, returned on time with good updates plus live tracking of driver, nice touch! Suit dry cleaned very professionally & my shirts that I had washed & ironed were fantastic... cleaner, softer & more crease free than I've ever managed to get them myself, or using other laundry services. What a great service. Live in KT4 and after being let down by my dry cleaning delivery service and not generally making it back on time from the city to catch the opening time. I tried this. Registered in the Monday at 5pm. Suits and shirts got collected at 9pm on the same day. Delivered on the Tuesday at 9.30pm. Suits dry cleaned and shirts pressed! Brilliant!!! Also texting and tracking system lets you know where the driver is. Keep up the good work!!!

This company loses/steals expensive clothes, they have no method of contact but email, should all be shut down.

Registered and did everything the app asked. Set the time for pick up...waited, waited, waited. In fact I'm still waiting to have my laundry picked up. Don't bother. I sent them a message as it was late and guess what, yes, I'm still waiting. Make your own mind up.
