Are you color blind? Did you know that there are actually three distinct types of color blindness? Unlike other freely available tests which are simple pass-fail screening tests, the EnChroma test uses the principles of color vision science to measure the type and extent of color vision deficiency.
This test was created by the EnChroma team to assist in the correct recommendation of color enhancing eyewear products. EnChroma, Inc. is a Berkeley, CA company that makes innovative eyewear products for medical, industrial and lifestyle markets. EnChroma eyewear products are based on an advanced multi-band spectral filtering technology that is computer-optimized for use with specific types of color vision.
On completion of the test, the type and extent of color vision deficiency will be reported, along with a recommendation for which EnChroma eyewear products are best optimized for use with your vision. A copy of your result can be sent by email from this app.

I deleted it because it didn't give me straight input on what I had to do! Also, if I put "nothing" then it will just take me right to the beginning!!!! I hated it! If you want to see the truth, then watch the video on YouTube

A good way to show people how you screw up tests like these if you are colorblind, however it is completely inaccurate. Completely gets severity wrong and says mild deutan despite my knowledge of it being severe. I tried an experiment and turned on the greyscale mode and still got the same result.Greyscale should in theory fail completely. Either that or i am so used to the color grey that it doesn't make a difference. It is cool, but not accurate.

Ridiculous test that looks consistent with a scam. Gave the wrong result repeatedly, and after putting dummy answers in, gave the same result (several times). Please do not trust this test. There are several other offerings that will tell you far more about your colour-blindness.

One of the test images failed to load (completely black) for almost every test so I wasn't able to get accurate results. If it worked flawlessly, it would be good though.

Works great. I have long known I am colorblind, and it scored me as such. It correctly scored my wife as not colorblind. No complaints.

Clearly makes some black so you're forced to guess and it can try and sell you lenses.

My fiance has colorblindness and I have perfect color vision- I know because we take these tests together. This app is saying I have colorblindness when I legitimately have perfect color vision- it even said mine was worse than his! Be careful if this is your only method of testing!

No proper exit mechanism for the app other than pressing home button. App could possibly be running in background. Full network communication permission + unable to properly exit makes it fishy!

While it does give you a test, it's essentially adware. You can't get your full results without jumping through extra hoops. Not really worth the install.

This app was great. Turns out I have normal vision. Thank you...now when my wife wants to go towel shopping and says that a brown towel is (insert made up color here) she cannot call me color blind

... As a cursory test for color blindness. If you don't get "normal" as a result, go see a doctor. App could be better, but it works okay for just a five minute test. Nexus 7.
