Flow for Android
It literally changed the way I think about all keyboards and apps. This way of thinking is absolutely revolutionary.... (unlike QWERTY layout.. like 120 years old?) sadly, every other keyboard does everything better. I used this layout with a better kb that allows custom layouts, made some improvements for single thumb typing and I'll never look back. Sadly, the way this one handles everything from voice input to accuracy like a joystick would handle typing...
After getting used to the key layout of flow, I find that the normal qwerty layout of other keyboards is counterintuitive. Flow layout makes more sense for swiping input. There is just one issue that needs to be fixed. There is no auto spacing when swiping in chrome browser.
I enjoyed this keyboard but now I see it hasn't been updated for a year, which makes me lose hope for it. I am back to MessagEase, though I am always on the lookout for fun and innovative keyboards.
I find i prefer this one for everyday use. Only have to switch keyboards when i let a friend use the device
... on the small screen of phones, easy to learn and much quicker
But it needs languages, like Romanian for instance... And I like to minimize the keyboard, to have more screen space, but the prediction candidates are remaining big on top. It would be nice to can be moved on the left (or on the right), aside the keyboard when the keyboard is small. And maybe some themes in the future, like a black one...
Sure it takes a little getting used to if you're used to qwerty, but this doesn't just make you faster within a week or two, but its also a more pleasant texting experience!
More efficient rt away, several weeks b4 really fluent (must, MUST read manual & TAKE tutorial!). ALL other keyboards now feel slow, inefficient, clumsy. Similar jump in productivity to 1st switching frm tapping each key, to swipe-style entry. MUCH lower typo/error rate thx 2 keypad layout. Sys dictionary 1st place searched (use "+" 2 add misinterpreted words 4 instant recognition), alternative & special characters appear on long press of intuitive (looks like it) key(s). MAKES ANDROID ITSELF MORE VIABLE!
Best keyboard app ever... and it's free! Smart and innovative. It's a short learning curve to master and you're rewarded with the fastest text ever, all with one thumb.
Do the tutorial a few times and you'll be ok but adding new words is too difficult n editing a word already entered isn't available................ Update 8/25/15 app still doesn't have a simple way to enter new words into dictionary. How isn't this essential?
Great but I don't use English. Can you add support for Indonesian? We're at top 4 of most populated country on earth after USA.
Easy 2 learn. I read & did the tutorial 3 times. Its simple & fast. More accurate than swype . The system, (layout vs letter arrangement) makes sense... ***DO THE TUTORIAL its not long.******
This is really an excellent keyboard application. You deserve as many stars in the sky.
Flow has become the only keyboard I use. Also, I must say that I'm quite impressed with the developer's response to suggestion. I requested that the letters Þþ and Ðð be added, and on that day an update was released which included them. Support for several different languages came four days later (something I said I was interested in seeing). If I could give six stars, I would do so without hesitation.

I've used this keyboard for the last year. I love the layout and speed but the idiosyncrasies of nonsensical word choices, capitalization and auto spacing issues, illogical URL input, and a host of other very small issues and annoyances is finally driving me me nuts. If the developer would put some effort into making the input experience more user friendly like it is on most other sliding keyboards I'd give it five stars. However with all that said, I still use it because of it's accuracy.
This keyboard has a steep learning curve but it is great to see someone innovate in the keyboard apps space.
This takes some getting used to, but works very well. It's fast and efficient!
*EDIT: It seems that the recent update has resolved both of the issues I mentioned below.* Flow's layout allows more to be typed with less movement. This means faster, easier typing. And it really doesn't take much time to learn. However, the time it takes to process the input gesture is almost noticeable, which actually works against the superb design to limit your speed. The backspace repeat rate is slow as well. More frequent updates could make this the best keyboard on the market, though.
Getting used to it slowly but surely after a few hours of use, I wish I knew about this sooner. Over a year ago I started using kii keyboard with colemak for the reason of better letter arrangement for swyping but this seems better still :) one thing that is needed through is an easy to assess smiley list by long pressing the return key.
Yes, there's a learning curve, but even that is fun! From concept to implementation, this keyboard simply rocks. I've tried many and there's only one that comes even close in quality, yet not in ease of use nor writing speed or accuracy. There's way more to say than fits here, so many clever design details done just perfectly right. An absolute delight to use!
interesting concept and seems to work in the few hours i have used it. only one problem i find is adding words to custom dictionary. I wish there was a way to enter them by editing some file so i can enter all at the same time. **Edit** I have found that the app uses the android custom directory that could be easily edited, imported or exported using UDM manager. Even better !!
This has been my default for over 1/2 year. Could use a better dictionary/vocabulary learning system, but other than that it's my new favorite keyboard.
Great layout awful prediction

The last update fixed the problem I was having and I can use this again, thank you. Its been a challenge to re-train my brain to this layout but it really works very well. It would be perfect if there was color combination options for the keys and an emoji selection like A. I kb because these predictions are tons better than most other kb's I've tried. Also, it still doesn't seem to recognize words that have an apostrophe at the end such as boys', when swiping.

2 requests: (1) please make it undockable (e.g., SwiftKey); (2) support: the "ATOMIK keyboard" (Google it) layout. Then you'll have a winner!

This is the best swipe-typing app! I especially appreciate the thoughtful and intuitive layout.
I just discovered this while looking for shorthand methods like speedriting or gregg, which I didn't find! The tutorial was excellent. I am changing the rating to five stars because of how cleverly arranged the app is; i was able to start using it with reasonable ease almost instantly after skimming the manual and taking the tutorial. I can write academic papers on my Moto X much more easily than with any other keyboard. It could use an even faster way to switch languages.
It's a challenge to learn a brand new kb and method but so far the layout really makes sense. Two things that I wish for: switch the space and return keys, as I really like having the space bar at the bottom, and having at least a few themes would be great. Also it doesn't seem to recognize words that have an apostrophe at the end such as boys', when swiping. 10/22/14 the last couple weeks it has force closed twice and I had to go to a different kb today cuz it kept auto deleting every letter I typed. Was 4
Very interesting unique keyboard; really liking it, but if I accidentally hit voice input, it bricks. I actually have to uninstall and reinstall to be able to use the app I was typing in! NOT ok...
Best keyboard app ever... and it's free! Smart and innovative. It's a short learning curve to master and you're rewarded with the fastest text ever, all with one finger.

Wonderful
Currently lacks the ability to add typed words to the dictionary (it redirects you to the system dictionary management interface), but it is smart enough not to second guess what you type, so that helps greatly. Honestly, the core design is so good that you really need to try it for a weak or two (to get accustomed to the layout) -- you won't regret it.
The layout makes it easy to flow-type in English. A great idea that puts this keyboard ahead of all the commercial competitors. Adding words to the dictionary could be improved. However even tapping single keys is better than with other keyboards thanks to the key size.
There is no key on this keyboard for changing to another keyboard layout.

This is so quick and responsive. The keyboard size and key press delays are configurable. The layout takes some learning, but it doesn't take long.
