EMS+ Retail for Android
I made 3 charges totaling over 26,000. We do I insurance claims and the other company I own does the work(required by state law ) they have held our funds for over 2 months because of them classifying us in a different category. Do not do business with this company.
Swipe never works. The swipe rate is the best. But it never works so you have to use manual entry, which has a bad fee schedule, which may be an intentional setup. Tried them for a while but went back to PayPal Here for reliability. Too bad.
The idea is nice and the rates are great as long as you don't have to manually enter which 90 percent of the time you do because the reader won't read the card or times out or it says that there isn't 13 to 16 numbers on the card which how does that happen when you're swiping. I think they card reader needs to be made differently. With the head phone jack plug being further to one side the the other it doesn't allow for an even swipe. I've went back to my old processing machine .
I love this on my galaxy s5 but the phone was garbage so I got a Moto z force and now the payment app is garbage. Reader is recognized but never secured the connection so couldn't swipe card. They should lower the fees for taking cards manually until they fix this problem. I had to run a card manually today, but once I get home I'll get my square reader and start using that again until EMS fixes the app or replaces the obsolete reader.
Payements are held for a ridiculous amount of time for no reason. Their customer service is a joke too. Go with PayPal or square - much more reliable and honest.
Tried on 3 different Samsung phones, S7, S5, S3 app works but card reader is useless. Not worth the extra money or inconvenience
Works great.... On older phones. After ALMOST A WHOLE YEAR, the Paysaber is still not compatible with the LG V10. Please update!
This does not work on my Motorola Droid Z Force. It initializes the reader and then hangs up on securing the reader.
I received the card reader yesterday. It keeps saying "one moment while we secure card reader".. fix please??
I have a Samsung Galaxy j7 and I love this app for its convenience with inventory customers invoicing and everything else that has to offer however after receiving the card reader I have come to find it does not work I tried a different card reader on it and it did not accept that one either. Can you please fix this so the EMS card reader will work on Samsung j7? With that the app is perfect
If you want to use them for credit card processing beware!!!!! You won't see your money for months!!!!
Great customer service. Great rate. The swiper is so much more durable then any of the others that I have tried. Works on multiple devices.

Thankfully my business doesn't often require the use of this app. Haven't updated due to additional permissions and of lack of required use. Glad you're gun friendly, though.
It's pretty decent when it actually works. It runs well on new phones and the actual app runs well enough on my one year old business phone, but the card reader doesn't work with it which completely defeats the entire purpose of having it.
Unfortunately not yet compatible with Samsung S7 Edge... Called customer support.

Tech support says this app is not compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S6, the second most common smart phone in use at this time.

Works fine when using manual entry, but swiping results in declined transactions. Hopefully vendor will rectify.
Working great, love the service but I am constantly getting emails like I use iPhone or apple tablet as a source, I even never owned one and as android and Samsung fan truly don't appreciate having that on my invoice, was trying to resolve issues with customers services but they was saying it is on my end, just don't know how. Overall good service.
Needs to be fixed instslled and uninstalled and when u plug reader in it says wait till we stablelize the reader won't work have to manually inter card numbers. Sucks.
Poor customer service, unable to solve problems, I have a Square account and thought to give this one a try but I was very dissapointed I wasn't even able to complete the application.
I am not a fan of manual entry, we are charged more for that. I also would like to see Shipping in the line item for orders. I had to manually enter the rate and not include tax as the amount is incorrect. The website states you will receive the reader in a day or two, mine took 5 days. When called, customer service stated it takes 5 days.

Account deactivated without any notice. Unable to use when needed. Lousy customer service. Won't return calls. No solutions offered.
I got the droid turbo 2 in the middle of December. There still has not been an update so my card reader will work. Therefore I'm having to enter every transaction manually costing me more money!!! Please fix!

UPDATE: 04/20/2017*** The tip feature no longer works. The option is in the settings but doesn't show up for the transaction . This one was was a great app.*** I have used this for a year and it has been a good solution for card processing. My previous card processing service claimed to have the best rate and had a really low swipe rate, but after charging for all of "extras" ie. rewards cards, statements, PCI compliance fees, etc., it was just a "bait and switch." This app is a flat rate, and a lower rate than you will get with the other mobile processing apps out there. I've checked. PLUS, the customer service and developer are really great. Some of the other mobile processors don't even have a phone for support. This one actually answers their phone, answers questions and works diligently to resolve any issues. They are open to feedback. Other mobile processors take their fee out of the transaction before depositing into your bank account. This makes accounting more tedious. The income deposits and fees are separate. The new update improved the app immensely. Tips are a big part of my income and the tip screen is more user friendly. I use a BT swiper and the receipt printing is streamlined. The newest Android version was glitchy, but is now fixed. If you haven't used it recently, reconsider. This is the best one.
