All I need is the same login information that I use to login to the computer at work but it comes up with "you are not authorized". I know I am using the correct username and password Everyone else is able to login why not me?

It works great for a couple of sometimes, but then it says that I'm not authorized. I know all of my info is correct, so why is it saying that? This needs to be fixed

I've used this app for years with no problems. Now I get an error saying no peer certificate. I have no idea what that means. I use the same login at work with no problems.

Worked sometimes, not now, as it says I have no peer certificate?? Always something over the years. .. Same phone over 2 years. Seems like someone could upgrade/update.

Well it worked great for a long time but all of the sudden it tells me theres no peer certificate, what does that even mean? I didnt change anything..?

Well I'm logging in like I did normally on my old device. But it's telling me to go to advance settings. Well there's no way to get there. Yall might wanna look into that for fixing cause I need this app for work..it works for now on my iPod but seriously fix it for my phone

okay, I just downloaded the app. It is telling me to login with my username and password. How am I to do that when it has not let me create either one. This is not worth the time it took to install the app.I am very disappointed!!!

This app barely worked before as it is, locking up, slow, sluggish. Now it errors out saying unexpected error. Ugh, for the love of all things holy. fix your app!

When it works its great. But that's when it works. Every other week it says I'm not authorized and won't let me log in. Not exactly efficient.

Doesn't work !

I installed this app on my phone several times. When I try to log in it tells me Invalid Customer Id. Please enter a customer id in the advanced section. There is no advanced section on my app. Please get this fixed. My employers are going to start using this app in June for our schedules. I need to have this fixed so that I can see my schedule.

Can't get my schedule to load

Need to be fixed. It doesn't letting me login its saying "session expired".

"Please insert [more info] under the advance settings" there isn't an advance settings option.

The iPhone version of the app will show actual punches. A LONG time ago this app did too but not anymore. Also app freezes and closes everytime I use it.
