Hotel Empire -Food Order

We moonlight hotel in malleswaram 50 year old hotel in bangalore. Empire is only show off hotel in bangalore. Worst hotel .moonlight and ailbak r the best in bangalore. And hotel staff don't give answer for this plz we never com back again to your hotel

Worst app it doesn't send me the otp only and doesn't generate my account. Please make the interface smooth free such that people should aleast bother to register themselves. Pathetic !! Too disappointed!! Twice also it happened the same to me.

I wasn't getting the OTP code last month, bcoz of which i didnt order anything from this app.. and today i got the OTP code, but its not fetching the data bcz of which m not able to login to the app.. Seriously disapointed.

Not happy with the services provided by your Bannerghatta road branch. Will never dine in Empire... They were not able to redeem my Rs.166.00. Also the appears showing all the dine in offers as fully consumed. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app also did not solve the problem. Sorry... Empire has lost its charm by multiplying the branches where there is no customer satisfaction.

worst app..registration not working even after 1 hour getting OTP ... I can't able to.login.... don't waste data for this App :(

 i m really dissatisfied with the food served to me today at your rt nagar branch the naan and rice was good but the chicken dish served was below average as the quantity given was absurd.... only gravy and very few i.e only small bites...is this what u serve for 210 buck...Please see to this issue...

2 weeks back i ordered chicken biryani and waited in the queue for 1 hr and 45 mins. I later noticed that there were a few people who received the before me inspite of my order being first. Worst after all this waiting from 7pm to 8.45 pm the cashier says it wilk take another 45 mins for the food to be delivered as the biryani was over and they were preparing it again. When i wanted to cancel our order they were least bothered. All this happened at Indiranagar..

The person at the reception at the Indiranagar branch of Empire was so unruly and disrespectful.They seemed so uninterested and didn't bother to even ensure my problem was sorted.Inspite of having a family occasion and needing food urgently and constantly reminding them of this.I was made to wait for close to 45 mins before I was attended to or my order was even taken. After having such a bad experience I don't think I'll be going back to Empire ever again.

In this month everyone can see offers in "Empire Karama",please don't go for that ,The baddest Mandi I ever had ,really uncooked chicken and rice,and ridiculous thing is that they had served basmati ghee rice as Mandi rice , even I had to wait hours to get my food and even to waiter to come and take order, what I said all are real, I am posting my comment at 01.51am after having food(actually we didn't eat most of the portion) just now I reached room,immediately I am posting this,coz that much disappointed.

Such a worst service I have ever seen,they say they don't have any of the items which is mentioned on their own app,when I ordered from dine in menu

Quality Is not mainted in Wednesday's offer and lot's of mess while taking delivery....

i would give 0 stars for the poor performance of this app. the only thing which it shows is PLEASE WAIT..tat will be hours together.Totally bullshit application which doesnt open or get d registration OTP even after 4-5 hrs.

Yours new karama hotel is one of the wrist hotel that chicken kabsa biriyani is worthless biriyani it's not tasteble and there displayed full chiken with biriyani rice they supplying only one leg piece and biriyani rice tasteless food

I tried using this app to order but shows please wait.. After long wait i personally went n bought 2 shawarma roll.... And seriously it was the worst shawarma i ever had.. My son just threw it after having a bite... Such a disgusting one

Didn't send otp. Tried another account. Didn't send confirmation message. Didn't allow me to order another time. Previous orders page doesn't load at all. Developers are not even qualified I guess. Lots of bugs.

Not able to login itself earlier on a different phone otp got after 5 days of trying create login id

The service is pretty good..Told him to improve the app..He would probably do it.. Expecting the login issue to be fixed.. Otherwise all cool :)

I tried to create a new account, but when i entered the details and clicked on register, notification pop up as "Registration Successful" OTP has been sent to your registered mobile number, where in I've not yet received any sort of OTP.. Please assist on the same..
