Can't check in to any seat other than the suites or club lounge. Regular main seats not an option. Can't enter to win anything since it doesn't work :(

Why are there no scores of games? Jets app is 5 stars and much better.

That's really my only complaint about this app. Been to two games so far, the same seat both times, tried to check in using the app, but it tells me the section and row are right, but the seat isn't. Edit: the developers were quick to get in touch to get more information and fix the issue. Great customer service.

Happy to see that the Moose have an app, however, it needs work. After installing it, it wouldn't launch on my device. Only get the splash screen, then it shuts down.

The vertical menu blocks out the right half of the screen so I can't read the news, standings or anything else. Can't be cleared, l have just uninstalled the app and now going to try again

Won't down load or install

Doesn't show the score of the game! Or any of the past games! What's the point if it doesn't show scores! Other than that it's alright.

Can't check in etc

Has some issues. Can't check-in at the Moose games. The first time it didn't even give me the option... Second game I only seats i could select were the suites. The same on three different phones running the same version of the app.

I am unable to check in on the app. This has happened three or four times now. I have restarted my phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it to see if that would solve the problem, which it didn't. It is only giving me the option to check into the suites, where my seats are not. I'd like to partake in the draw, so please fix the problem! :)

Would be better if you could have a link to your moose ticket account. If it's there I can't seem to find it. Can't access my moose account through the app like the winnipeg Jets app. I can see you can purchase additional tickets via schedule but can you not have a link to my account?

My app never is working when its game night or any other nightso I can't check in or see anything else

The app is inconsistent in working. I am at a game right now and cannot sign in at the game. I have before and I have Uninstaller and reinstalled and it is still now working.

Will not let me select my seat section, row, or seat but only shows me options if i select special sections check in.

Everything you would expect in a sports team app.

The app is cool, but since the last update I have not been able to check in at games. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it to see if it would help, but it hasn't. My husband hasn't updated his app and he can still check in at games.
