BApp is a meeting room booking mobile app that provides room and reminder booking capabilities in a very easy to use interface.
This application will be used by eMomentum-interactive Systems staff members to display real time meeting room availability.
Objective
• Reduce schedule conflicts with meeting rooms that manage their own schedules.
• Optimize room usage and space planning using in-depth facility analytics.
• Increase office productivity by making space and people easier to find.
• Making workplace coordination and event booking easy, letting teams focus on things that matter
• Provide up to date meeting room schedules
