BURGER KING® App - New Zealand

Probably no point in even writing a review since BK obviously don't care. Stupid how there is no vouchers unless you use this damn app..... only one voucher per visit it's a bit stink but hey.... very slow to scroll through the vouchers.... holds the whole process up through the drive through.... I would give this app / bk negative stars if that was possible !

I've hd lots off free food due to the app so I'm happy However, the screen refreshes too much and I don't know why it needs to. It also takes longer for my food to be ready as they take the coupon number at where I collect the food then they process the order. I have an S7 so fortunately the app is fast. I've used the app on an iPhone 4s and it was slooooooooooooow enough to give up trying. Overall, I appreciate the occasional free food.

Used to just download the cupons via website, now i have to install this app that doesnt even load, managed to get to the sign in part once and keeps glitching out. Worst idea ever. Im just going to go to mc donalds.

The rewards are great but the vouchers are a crook of lies! In direct contravention of New Zealand's Fair Trading Act the so called vouchers offer no savings over the displayed prices behind the counter! You're misleading your costumers and breaking the law!

BK means well but the app needs A LOT of work done, the inconvenience on the cashiers faces whilst waiting for this app to connect on the wifi, figure out where you are and then actually give a code is.... Well, I uninstalled the app, says it all.

Nothing on this works properly. It takes a very long time to load and is aggressive and forceful as you took down coupons elsewhere. Piss off

The app is great!! Points add up fast especially if buying for groups...rewards are decent...p.s. if your coupon time expires but you haven't used it yet (drive thru) it just resets & you get new code. Although when the cashier can't enter a simple 4 digit code you show them cause they haven't been trained to (

Have not had any problems yet. Should get points on everything you purchase. That hasn't been happening the last couple of visits. I think a lot of the problems I've read on here could be put down to User Error. Been flawless with me

You should be able to redeem more than one coupon in a transaction just like you could with the paper version. I got ripped off tonight because I wasn't aware you have to wait at least 15 mins before you can redeem another. The guy taking my order through the drive thru said I could do two transactions which I did but still got charged full price.

Samsung S6 and can't even open the app. Had a freak out and screen just jumps between loading and all the pop ups. For a company as big as BK you'd think they would do better.

Go back to paper coupons or get rid of the 1 voucher per transaction rule. Sick of waiting in line while the people in front of me are forced to order 1 at a time while the app loads/glitches.

Poorly designed and relatively useless. App Must have access to your location under the guise of fetching your post code for you. They are tracking you to sell to big data. Read their tracking policy.

I just tried to redeem it at the counter and app failed several times. I am heading to McDonald's for my junk food hit, no more bs like this

Wanted to just look at coupons but the app shows multiple loading screens if you deny location services. Complete waste of time. Just go to Maccas instead

I don't know why it needs access to my location and constantly ask for it. I can manually put in a city and it should show the offers as applicable. And the offers are no different than what you get over the counter. Deceptions

Hopeless!!! Tried multiple times to redeem rewards after gaining more than enough points. when number given to cashier it simply earns more points instead of actually using the reward. misleading if you ask me. not to mention the slowness of it. just read the other reviews!

Constantly loading, refuses to operate without access to your GPS and tells you that by use of the app you allow them to track you and use their "tracking tools" on your device. Stay far away from this app.

How can I give this a zero star rating. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP IT WILL STUFF UP YOUR PHONE! it is the worst app I've ever tried to use. It asks you to change settings which then stops you texts messages and other important things from working. DON'T USE THIS APP!!!

Great idea but tried to use my points but they disappeared when I tried to redeem them at a bk. Asked the cashier to help but she was no help and had to leave without my reward!!! :(

Application take way too much time also one coupon per visit than why people wants to come. Really disappointment of offer that you guys use to provide.

Worst app on my phone. Won't stay logged in. Takes ages to find your location. By which time you've given up waiting to collect the points

App won't let me view menu- click on drinks for example and it quickly flashes photos of them and goes straight back to where I started, over and over again

The app doesn't remember my login even though I ticked the box to remember it. This is really annoying as I'm pulling up to the drive through.

Old coupons were better. I'm not going to use this simply because it sucks compared to the old one.

No prices on the food? Takes way too long, and just isn't really worth the hassle. I'd rather pay the dollar difference

Wouldn't work at all, constant loading screen because I didn't want to give burger King my location or create a login.

Takes ten times longer for staff to make orders holds everything up. Also you HAVE to have an app to order. Massive customer service fail. Back to maccers where I don't need an app.

The BK GPS App need to be able to get Christchurch Airport on it

App has a few screen glitches its constantly refreshing itself.... its annoying. Apart from that its a bloody ripper!!!..

I get the notification about the new deal but when I open the app I get only blank screen...

Didn't work, would always come up with loading screen and nothing happened

This app is great, can earn points and when have enough get food

Why does it not show what meals you can get and there are no prices on items why?

Tells me my location is off tells me my wifi is off ....fix your app ....have deleted it now

App keeps crashing because it can't lock on gps

I hope they are getting a refund from the devs

Pointless. Doesn't even work because it never thinks that you are at bk even when you are..

App lets down what it offers

The used to be unusable, but it has improved a lot. My biggest problem with the app is the coupons expire in only 15min. Now that wouldn't be a problem if going through the drive thru at my local BK didn't normally take 10-20min... Waiting that long at FAST food place is bad enough, but having the coupons expire before you use them just adds to it!
